That's because He is not returning (to earth), He is appearing to snatch away His Church. There are no prophecies to fulfill before that happens. The Second Coming (to earth) on the other hand, has 7 years of prophecies to fulfill before He returns.

People are still in the flesh who enter the Millennium. There are still children being born and some of them will rebel just as people do now. No-one is completely free from sin until we are in our resurrection bodies.

@Inquisitor A minor correction to my post of post #378. The war at the end of the Millennium is the "Gog/Magog revolution" not Armageddon as that war takes place at the end of the Tribulation and is when Christ returns and destroys His enemies.
