My question is simple. Is this Forum for any and all cyber related discussion and questions?

From the description under the title, I have the impression it is exclusive to CC topics dealing with tekky questions.

When you open a blog entry, do you see a pencil icon next to the title?

You don't have any reputation yet, because you have no rep powers. Anyhoo, to see rep comments that you are given, go to the Settings tab at the top of the page, and it will show you any reps you have received or given out. Mind you, not everyone leaves a comment..

To actually answer your question, you can't. Rep is private, unless they choose to give their name.

My apologies, I just saw this now, and went and looked, and did see a little pencil, and when I clicked on it, it allowed me to delete the blog but the title stays there... though it says I have 0 blogs Thank you for your help

The thing about blogs is that when you delete the blog it is no longer visible to other members but still remains in your blog section. There is one entry in mine that was put in there inadvertently when I first joined and still haven't figured out how to remove it totally.
