Bakers refuse gay couple for wedding cake - is this a Christian response?

As far as the Confederate flag-------------to me I can be against Gay political correctness,
and at the same time despise the Confederacy.........
I had no idea that goes against ya-all's Christianity

Correct yes, but i hope that is not an insinuation against me? I am not above the God of the Holy Bible and His law and I am not above the equality law in my country, in YOUR country is in YOUR country, that's all I am saying.

Ok, you have different laws in the US than in the UK? all I know is that if I start a business here in the UK I have to abide by the equality law, failure to do so would land me in trouble with the law, I wouldn't want to be a lawless man in business, that is all I am saying really.

Two Bible loving Christians here in the UK had a B&B (bed and breakfast) or guest house?, they refused to allow two gay men to stay at their guest house in a double room with a double bed in it, the two gay men were in a civil partnership and were refused the double room but were offered single rooms or a refund, the two gay men prosecuted the Christian couple who were fined by the courts for breach of business equality laws. Another Christian couple had the same scenario, what one Christian couple (man and wife) did was to remove the double beds and replace all beds with single beds even in the double rooms, that is how they were able to live with their Bible based conscience, another couple decided to turn their guest house into a non profit Christian home, that's how they got around the equality law. It is a fine line sometimes but where there is a will there is always a way. No doubt God blessed their efforts for their sacrifices?

Our laws (constitution) was not intended to give special rights to sexual deviants ...that's not equality...that's insanity!

And all we're pointing out is that here in the US law allows for religious basis for nonservice. This suit goes against THOSE laws. So it's really law against law,all from a politically driven motive.

In the UK equality is their operative word,
here in the USA, freedom is still king...at least for those who are free.

You're making a mountain out of a mole hill, storm in a teacup. When Bible loving Christians are forced by man made laws to marry same sex couples then that might be something to really worry about. I don't think man's laws are above God's laws but where one is to show respect for authority and abide by the law of the land like equality laws then that is what one has to do, nobody should be forced to be put in a position where they have to compromise their Bible based conscience on certain matters, one should stand firm for their convictions sure.

Exactly,God will provide. As for the rest, I've no idea the laws in the UK so can't put things relating to them in to perspective. All I'm saying is that when it's God vs human law then we as Christians need to follow God. That means possibly losing everything.

If you have to break Gods law to keep mans law...then who is your master? You guys in Europe have rolled over and allowed all manner of ungodliness to overcome you...some of us here will never submit and we have the clear reading of the law (constitution) to back us up.

Excuse me, but once marriage has been redefined by the State, God's law has been broken and more is certainly to follow...it's called 'Trending'.
