Anyone play video games? And if so, do you consider the game content? Or is it just fun, harmless fantasy.
And do you think video games are meant for children? Eventhough they're not child friendly.
 
Well, let's list out some of the games I played on the Nintendo (DS and 3DS) so far:

- Pokemon HeartGold
- Pokemon SoulSilver (My first Nintendo game, btw)
- Pokemon Black
- Pokemon White
- Pokemon Black 2
- Pokemon White 2
- Pokemon Conquest
- Pokemon Rangers (idk which game)
- Animal Crossing
- Animal Crossing New Leaf
- Sonic Colors
- Cooking Mama
- Pokemon Mystery Dungeons: All three DS parts
- Pokemon Mystery Dungeons: Gates To Infinity
- Super Pokemon Mystery Dungeons
- Pokemon X
- Pokemon Y
- Pokemon Omega Ruby
- Pokemon Alpha Sapphire
- Pokemon Moon
- Monster Hunter Generations
- Probably many others which I may have forgotten.

Soooo...I guess you know what my opinion is on video games... :/

I was kinda holding back on my list. If I did list every single Nintendo game I've played, the readers would probably still be trying to process it, lol.

And yes, I played Pokemon Shuffle...both on phone and 3DS.

Pokemon is very violent. Not something a Christian should be playing.

Lol, I'm just messing around.
 
How about Professor Layton series? I love the playful puzzles there. The stories are very toughing too. Very interesting game I think. I recommend playing Professor Layton and the Unwound Future.

Monster Hunter is also interesting. I thought it was just typical game of defeating enemies, but I was wrong. It requires proper planning and coordinations. It's like sports hahaha :rolleyes:
 
I started on DOS. King's Quest and Commander Keen are the games I remember playing the most. :)

I'm playing a third play through of Fallout 4 rn so yeah... I guess you would call me a gamer. ^^

So far as kids' games, I think that there are plenty of kid friendly games but if I had children I would be really involved in deciding what games they are allowed to play. Tomb Raider is awesome but I don't exactly want children watching someone field dressing wounds. But I see movies and video games similarly, because of the way games and movies are made now a'days, they'll probably have to wait longer than 13 to watch a lot of these pg13 movies.

I play violent video games. Mad Max, games from the Sniper series, Call of Duty, and I'm working my way through season 11 of Diablo III right now:

I used to be pretty good at Frogger.. I suck at Pacman..the ghosts always kill me and eat me.. :( lol

I've lost interest in violent games about two months ago. But I get that some aren't that bad, I just needed to be more selective.
 
Do mobile games count? I recently started playing this thing, which is interestingly named "Vainglory" and produced by "Super Evil Megacorp" LOL It's a MOBA that has a great eSports fanbase.

Sometimes I play minecraft too.
 
I love playing Nintendo games. :D I’m currently playing Splatoon 2 and Mario kart 8 deluxe. I own so many Nintendo games and systems I can’t even count. Lol

I play Oldschool Runescape sometimes when bored, but that's about it.
