I already know that God is not disgusted with me so there is no need to click on an unknown link provided by an unknown member.

Also, God was angry and disgusted with me before I came to know Christ. I couldn't really perceive Him being angry with me prior to me being saved, but I'm going by what Scripture teaches.

God was probably disgusted with your sins but not you on a personal level.
God is surely not disgusted with His Children but He is disgusted with abominable things, one of them being Idol Worship and will surely utterly destroy all those things and chastise His Children... and it will be harsh for those caught in His Wrath.

Does scripture really teach us that Christ is angry with us prior to accepting him as our saviour?

God does not show partiality to people (Romans 2:11 NKJV)
He rewards good people even those who does not know him and worship him yet and punishes the wicked even the Jew who know the real God (Romans 2:6-10)
In fact if you read Matthew 25 those people who do charitable acts that does not know Jesus' teachings will be saved. and I believe these people are non Christians.
So any religion who condemn their non member neighbors of hell fire is not of God and you must get away from that group immediately.
