I don't get it. Do you think people are going to dismiss what God says is wrong because you say you have no choice. If somebody said they were born with the propensity for violence, it doesn't make it less sinful for that person to commit murder. I wouldn't disagree that you have never been attracted to the opposite sex. That doesn't mean you were born with the attraction to the same sex. I personally think it is environmental and psychological. When your biological clock told you it was time to start thinking about a mate, subconsciously, based on all of the data you had gathered about girls, boys and yourself, you told yourself you are more female than male, or that females are more dominant and preferred a submissive male. Even if it is true that we are hardwired at birth, it doesn't make it less sinful.

No, i am not judging anybody, neither did i defend the actions of the homosexual(s). You should read more carefully what i said and what i said to the person who i gave that answer. Read also how this thing began objectieve. Nobody said the bible defenders where wrong, only the not so loving way they did it. That's all.

The OPs title was Homosexuality is not a Choice,then began to argue with everyone who said otherwise.If the OP was seeking help or support they would have gotten it.By their attitude they are here for a fight.So people rightly said they need to be banned.You cant come to a Christian site and say something is right that is against the Bible.The OP made a statement,they didnt ask a question.Ive seen people here be very supporting of seekers needing prayer and wanting help.But if you're hear to justify the lifestyle then no,folk here cant agree with that.

if you are or even if your not don't let judgemental people get you down. God does not judge you like we do. Dealing with "sin" is something everyone has to deal with between God and yourself. God makes it a lot easier to deal with sin than trying to abide by the doctrines of do's and don't that some church's comes with.

And what about all the hormones in the food supply and all the chemicals that we use these days that act as hormone receptors and blockers? Can we be so sure that those have not had any affect on unborn children?

Who are you to judge indeed! This person has just said his instinct of attraction is of the same sex! Are you saying no it is not? You are judging something you have no idea about. The bible didn't say gay people aren't born gay. It says we are born into sin. Perhaps you can shed light into why people are born with mental disabilities also and that might better explain why this person has an adnormal attraction. Take your attraction of the opposite sex and imagine if them urges are for the same sex..
Jesus said he who is without sin cast the first stone. Are we not hypocrites if we condemn this person as an outright sinner? Your not saving him from walking of a cliff your killing him before he get's there. If the cliff is there and he can't see it do you think he is going to listen to you saying look a cliff! He is like what the heck?.. If you show him a different way, a better way, easier way then maybe he will listen.

Jesus plainly says there are those who are BORN EUNUCHS. So when Jesus says that to the disciples what did that mean to them? They are different but Jesus doesn't explain it,He just says they exist and the disciples would know WHO Jesus is speaking of. So who are they? And the obvious part is they are to be CELIBATE.
Jesus is simply stating that if a man divorces his wife for any other reason than her own sexual immorality, then the man has committed adultery. In Vs 10, the disciples are saying...Oh OK, so if a man and wife are living this way they should not have been amrried anyway. Vs 11, Jesus implies they are right and then says, that this commandment is for all men who can accept it. There are certain men which cannot accept the commandment and then Jesus says any kind of castrated man,[men that cannot have kids] because they were born that way, made that way by others[castrated them], or chose to be celibate are not held to the commandment he talked about in Vs 1-9
This passage has nothing to do with being born gay, because the word eunuch does not mean effeminate, it means neutered/castrated/emasculated.
I know many Gay and Lesbian Episcopal Ministers that try to state this passage means born effeminate, to justify their sin, but that is not at all what the original languages imply.

By the way, I don't think all homosexuals are "born" that way. I think that is probably the minority. Although we were certainly created to be man with woman, since the Fall, bad things have entered into our genetics. God in no way created Adam and Eve this way, but since the flood, we have been devolving genetically.

Chemicals and hormones ALSO can cause problems and DEFECTS. DES is a HORMONE that was given to women to prevent miscarriages These are some of the side affects to the sons and daughters of the women that were given it.
Side effects for DES Daughters:
Many but not all DES daughters have abnormalities of the vagina, cervix, uterus and fallopian tubes. They may have a Y-shape or T-shape uterus like mine.
A DES Daughter may suffer infertility and / or DES pregnancy problems including ectopic pregnancy, premature labour or miscarriage.
Many DES daughters have adenosis. This is a type of tissue not usually found in the vagina, which can cause discharge. Adenosis may revert to normal tissue but DES daughters should be monitored for the presence of adenosis as changes may indicate the beginnings of a rare form of vaginal cancer called adenocarcinoma (CCAC).
A cervical smear is not adequate for DES daughters as a concentration on the cervix means that vaginal abnormalities may be missed. A DES examination includes colposcopy (examination by microscope of the vagina and cervix), smears taken from all four vaginal walls and the cervix, an iodine test to identify areas of adenosis and a full pelvic examination. DES daughters should receive DES examinations annually.
Because of the cumulative effects of exposure to hormones, some doctors think DES daughters should not take the combined contraceptive pill, or receive hormonal treatment such as medicines to reduce ovulation or for in vitro fertilisation.
[h=2]Diethylstilbestrol side effects for DES Sons:[/h] DES sons may also suffer genital malformation and infertility problems; some of them have a low sperm count.
DES sons should regularly examine their testicles as there may be an increased risk of testicular cancer.
[h=2]DES side effects for DES grandchildren:[/h] Studies of DES grandchildren are just getting underway. Scientists are currently investigating whether DES grandchildren have been affected by the drug given to their grandmothers. As study results come in, there is growing evidence that this generation has also been adversely impacted. Some DES daughters are currently participating in the long-running National Cancer Institute DES follow-up study. Further research is much needed but so far it has been reported the following:
- Delayed menstruation regularity
- Higher infertility rate
- Higher rate of tumour growth
- Overall cancer risk
- Greater risk of hypospadias in sons of DES daughters (condition where the urethral opening on the penis is in the wrong place)
