I have not time for FB but I have an account. I like to spend time here, though. But sometimes it is good to shut the internet world out.

I am on fb once or twice a day. Usually just to get updates on things of interest.
I think I made an Instagram account earlier this year, because of my gf. And it was hacked and stolen. I didn't care. I never reported it or tried to get it back. They can have it.

I love Instagram. My friends always post all kinds of food there and it gives me ideas of what I should eat next.
That said, though, I'm on Facebook all the time. I don't update stuff or stalk people, it's because I use FB messenger to contact my family overseas and I am a very clingy family member. I'm on video call with my mom and siblings at least for 8hrs when I'm not working or at school.
Of course, there's CC too. Though I don't get to log on as often as I would like.
Lastly, it's too early for you to go to bed, Zero. Already too early.

I got rid of my facebook years ago when I had neighbours stalking me on it and going out of their way to sabotage my relationship with my now exgirlfrined.

Instagram for sure. Having friends who live far away it is great to see what they are up to. Plus being just photos there is no drama. Being outdoorsy most my posts are snaps of bike rides or trail hikes. Instagram is fun.
