Absolutely. Can't go wrong there. I like Wendy's Frosties's and chili. KFC is the best for sure.I need Wendy to be my cook, and Colonel Sanders also.
God bless Mum.Realised that my kitchen (can I call it mine now?) has always been small, that only one person can really cook in there. It's not open plan, it's more galley style. We don't even have a rangehood, cos the stove is right next to the back door.
I was clearing out the cupboards and man...Mum kept everything. We spent hours putting labels on all the jars so could know what was in them and there were over 100 jars.
Does anyone have the secret recipe for OG KFC?Absolutely. Can't go wrong there. I like Wendy's Frosties's and chili. KFC is the best for sure.
The probable reason that the food was always delicious was because it was prepared with love.Mum never flirted with Dad she didn't need to after having children. I just remember her yelling at me in the kitchen for not being a good maid. But the food was always delicious.
It was all homemade. None of this shop bought packaged/canned/boxed stuff made in a factory. The probable reason that the food was always delicious was because it was prepared with love.
Definitely better to cook while not being yelled at. There is enough yelling in Hell's Kitchen. Most of it is just an act though. It was all homemade. None of this shop bought packaged/canned/boxed stuff made in a factory.
But then, I also like Wendy's and KFC, when it's fresh, because we don't make hamburgers at home, or have an industrial size chicken fryer/pressure cooker to do the cooking.
I worked in family takeaways so was just always around food anyway. I made the toasted sandwiches and the burgers, while my uncle/aunt worked the deep fryer, and they had chefs from Canton doing the stir frying in the flaming woks. I do like chopping up stuff, and baking, and other cooking things I just kind of like doing it without someone yelling at me while I'm cooking.
Wendy's real name was Melinda. Yeah, the logo was designed after her. No Denny's here in the small town that I live in NE Tennessee. I have dined in Denny's many times. Good grand slam breakfast for sure. I love all breakfast foods.Yea I learned that Gordon Ramsey is a complete marshmallow in real life.
You just need to watch out for the Naked Chef, Jamie Oliver. He will flirt with anything that moves. I am surprised that he is not more naked in his show.
Oh then there's Nigella Lawson, the Domestic Goddess. But you can't talk about Goddesses in a CC forum. That's like...threatening the Patriarchy.
I'd love to see a pic of the real Wendy. She wears pigtails and I wonder how old she was when she founded Wendy's. Also, what about Denny? We never see him, and he's got loads of restaurants.
Her real name was Melinda?? Where did she get Wendy from I wonder.Wendy's real name was Melinda. Yeah, the logo was designed after her. No Denny's here in the small town that I live in NE Tennessee. I have dined in Denny's many times. Good grand slam breakfast for sure. I love all breakfast foods.
Last year, I got a jar of lingonberry jam. Not too bad really. A bit tart but that's OK.Ikea was an eye-opener, the first time going there, went straight to the cafeteria where they were cooking Swedish foods, so I had the meatballs, and mash potato and peas and lingonberry sauce.
Then looked at the showcases, including the kitchens.
Took lots of photos, because I need some storage shelves/cabinets for the kitchen
Then had the $2 hot-dogs on the way out.

I know Americans eat cranberry sauce - and my favourite Irish band is the Cranberries.
