So, I dated a guy sometime last year for about a year and SKYROCKETED in weight. It was crazy. After I broke up with him in December, I started really focusing back on my weight loss journey.

As some of you know, I was super into fitness and health back in the day. When I went through some hardships in my life, I lost focus for about a year. After my breakup, I really wanted to get back into it and am now OBSESSED with it again. I cook a lot of clean food (making Bacon Ranch Turkey Burgers this week) and I work out!

This is a VULNERABLE post.

But, here is a picture!

On the left is July 2018, and on the right is a picture that was taken of me at a baseball game LAST NIGHT. :D

You are a beautiful gal! Your smile speaks volumes! You are also fearful and wonderfully made! It's ok to "watch your weight" just don't get obssessed by it! It took me about a yr to lose 70 lbs but I was so sick is why I did! Now I just as you say try to eat right and I also do a lot of fasting for "spiritual" gain! Blessings on your journey!🌹🌹🌹

I believe it is important to try to live a healthy lifestyle :) Since our bodies are temples, we should take care of it! :)

I am very proud of how far I've come! Thank you for your encouragement!

Hi! I was an ignorant woman of the world several years ago that knew too little about God. LIttle long testimony here about weight. Satan attacked. It lasted through the big bag of M&M's and beyond. I gained a lot. I suffered alot. I started a 'God led" diet of pb and wheat toast and oranges with skim milk. I thought that was all but what i realized was the water, the water, the water. Many ppl have success keeping the food the same rather than trying to come up with mega choices....I followed this system for 2 years. Lost a lot, a lot of weight. That felt good, but Satan still fought me. I"m back in the baggies, but I got this now. I won't do the same eating plan, but long and short of it is I recommend lots of water...ice water is so good on a hot day and good for you. Your body has to heat it up to body temps and that takes energy...neat thought! You look great...not negating that by any means. I'm proud of your courage. God bless you on this journey. - student

Very proud of you ! I heard a girl tell another girl after a break up, "lose weight, nothing
makes a man sorry for a break up like you losing weight"! ha!
You are right, we are to glorify G-d in our body.
Bless you precious sister, in Jesus name
