Supreme Court Accepts Case Challenging Jan. 6 Obstruction Charges
The U.S. Supreme Court will take up a Jan. 6 defendant’s appeal of the Department of Justice’s novel use of evidence-tampering law to prosecute hundreds of defendants for obstruction of Congress.
A miscellaneous order released by the High Court on Dec. 13 granted the petition of Joseph Wayne Fischer, challenging the most widely charged felony in Jan. 6 cases that carries up to 20 years in prison.
The Fischer case is one of three identical petitions for case review by Jan. 6 defendants who were charged with corruptly obstructing an official proceeding, namely a joint session of Congress convened for the counting and certification of Electoral College votes on Jan. 6, 2021.

Lord Jesus you promised that what they do in secret will be shouted from the housetop. We pray that all those on these buses would have to give account before both man and God, that everything the FBI did on January 6th in Washington DC, at the Capital, and with regards to portraying this event as an "insurrection" would be revealed and made public. Lord Jesus you put Satan to an open shame on the cross and we pray You would put him to an open shame here as well, for the involvement in the January 6th event in Washington DC.
We have some genuine believers in the US and some genuine Satanists. I view the US to be similar to that cup in the Great Babylon's hand, it is made of Gold but filled with stupefying wine. The Lord has used the US to spread the word of God to the whole world while Satan has used it to spread filth to the whole world. I believe that the rapture of the saints will happen at the same time as the judgement on the Great Babylon. One will be burned up like Sodom and Gomorrah and the other snatched out of certain destruction like Lot.
However, I do not subscribe to the idea that all those who call themselves Christians will be raptured, rather I think it will be more like one sixth of the genuine believers, and genuine believers only make up about half of all those who call themselves "Christians".
So there will be many "left behind" Christians and although things will be tough I also believe they will be glorious to those who turn their whole heart to the Lord.

Hold it he wasn't killed with bear spray? So January 6th was really when 4 protestors were killed, but not a single policeman was killed, not a single weapon was found, I thought this was an insurrection? This looks like a Psy Op.

Here is what I don't understand about January 6th
We were told this was worse than 9/11, worse than Pearl Harbor and yet it is only 3 years later, we now have all the video, we now know so much more, and it seems no one wants to talk about the evidence, they just want to condemn MAGA.
My dad was on Pearl Harbor when it was bombed and we never tired of hearing about it. I was in NYC on 9/11 and I have no problem with anyone losing interest in that day.
This doesn't make sense.
