Hey Everyone!

Thanks to the spark Conversationand started with his thread, it's now about to be ships ahoy!

Let's try to keep this boat a'sailin'.

Lynx was kind enough to make this post in his Chat Coordination thread, but for anyone who may have missed it:

People were talking in another thread about getting together in chat, so I thought I'd dig this thread up.

I'm going to try to make it there too (the CC Singles chat room) around 6 PM MST, possibly earlier (right now I'm not awake enough to try to figure out exactly when Lynx and I will cross paths.) I don't get on cam, but hopefully, I'll be able to get my mic to cooperate so we can create a more interactive atmosphere.

If you are available, please come on in, say hello, and tell us a bit about yourself and how your day went. :)

how do we do the meet up?

if its a chatroom on here im on an android

and havent ever been able to get into any of the rooms here

any advice on how

(found out i was wrong about what MST is and wont be at work)
 
Yes, we will be meeting in the CC Singles chat room.

As far as I know, yes, that does mean a subscription is needed.

As for phones and so forth...

Techie gurus, take it away!!! I don't even own a smart phone, so I have no idea how to instruct someone else on it. :(

Scratch that, there's already a CC app for Android. I haven't actually tried it yet, but I was there when they were testing and it sounded okay (I mean the voice chat).

Aaaaaaaaaaagh...that means I can't goooooo...I don't have a subscription and I can't pay for it... :(

Well, that was...unfortunate...
 
For everyone trying to figure out the times:


I just googled "current time CST" and/or "current time MST".

Lynx is going to be there 5-10 PM CST and I'm planning on getting there around 6 (hopefully sooner) MST.

If you google the times we're on, you should be able to compare it to your own local time, I think?

Hope that makes things a little easier for everyone.

Don't leave me in a room with Lynx all by myself! :p
 
I don't have one either and I have the cc app on my tablet, but you can't access singles from there... only the lounge and Bible discussion and prayer rooms I think.

Any amount of donation makes you a premium user. This is what I remember too.

I went and downloaded the app on my Android (not available for iOS) and I can get to Singles.

Well I'm there now, so scratch the 12-13 hrs from now. I may as well just play security guard or decorate the room for later.
