Should we mention the riches beyond our wildest imaginations, with all the Whangdoodle merchandise we've been able to sell?
If we do, I think we should also mention those tragically lost in the line of duty, like that French guy (I forget his name, but remember his stylish hat...)

Rumor has it, that poor French guy was lost while fighting the French cousins of the WhangDoodles -- the Oui (Whee) Doodles. 🥐🥖

We salute his noble sacrifice. 😢

And, we must heed with somber consideration our Chieftess @CarriePie's warning that Doodles are a worldwide scourge!!

Oh la la!!

(P.S. -- It's wonderful to have our OTHER resident Doodle Expert, @Charlesiii, here and reminding us WHY we're fighting this battle -- for vast riches, of course!!) :D

Are WhangDoodles like leprechauns, or dragons? Are they secretly hiding large stashes of gold?!

Um

Who is the French guy? What are you even talking about.

And do you mean to say your are now selling the merch? I thought it was Zuru. They are rich beyond belief, with their private helicopters and such and boasting in the Business section of the NZ Herald, and society pages and all the property they own. Ok I will name them, the Mowbray brothers, and you can look them up.

Also, correction, it's Rainbocorns, not Zombiecorns I must have mixed them up with a similar toy. but they are all reanimations of the dead anyway. The toys come in these impentrable plastic blister pack egg shaped containers. Kind of like giant Kinder surprises without the chocolate.

Kinder surprises are banned in the US I heard cos the kids would eat the egg and then choke on the plastic toy inside.

There are also all kinds of warning labels on the toys packaging i.e not suitable for 0-3 year olds, this plastic can choke and suffocate you, keep away from young children, dispose of the packaging safely in an approved rubbish bin, but it never says what to do with the toy itself.

Thank you for your kind words about the French guy,, Seoulsearch. Oui salute you - noble French guy, with the stylish hat - whatever your name was. 😢😢😢 Your sacrifice in mankind's long war against the Whangdoodles won't quickly be forgotten, if ever.

Are WhangDoodles like leprechauns, or dragons? Are they secretly hiding large stashes of gold?!
Yes. The Chieftess of Smashingness's timely warnings about the Whangdoodles have served to reduce their propagation to a more manageable number, but even a search of this site for the word "Whangdoodle" will evidence there has been an exponential growth in the number of Whangdoodle sightings, as concerned citizens suddenly realise that what was claimed to be an old wives' fairy tale was actually a very real, very dangerous creature.

And no, Whangdoodles are not like leprechauns or dragons in the slightest. Whilst leprechauns tend to frequent the intersections where rainbows meet the Earth, and generally are respectful albeit short, green-clothed creatures with an Irish accent and pots full of gold, and where dragons are scaly, large, terrible and have a distinct sulphurous odour, Whangdoodles are very different. Whangdoodles are incredibly lazy creatures, excelling their sloth only with their filth. One who encounters a Whangdoodle in the wild will often testify of it being the ugliest thing he (or she - if the lady didn't faint at the sight of it and subsequently get eaten) has ever seen. Because of the Whangdoodles great laziness, they seldom have jobs, (or at least, jobs where the Whangdoodle actually has to work), and therefore Whangdoodles seldom have any money. However, given the need to keep the Whangdoodle populations low, different markets have been established to support Whangdoodle hunters. Although toxic, filthy, and generally nasty and useless, once defenestrated, Whangdoodles can be used for meat (in carefully cooked pies), cannon balls (in military applications), and in hats (Whangdoodle-skins are particularly suited to making stylish hats, especially in France). Although no entrepeneur has ever gotten rich selling an individual Whangdoodle pie, ball or skin, economies of scale enable even a mildly successful Whangdoodle hunter to open a Whangdoodle Wal-Mart after only several weeks.

The more I learn about the Whangdoodles... The more these descriptions seem to be AWFULLY familiar... and the more nervous I become.

Because after reading your vast and very thorough description (which I enjoyed VERY much!), I'm pretty sure nearly all of us have worked with at, lived near, or are related to at least one Whangdoodle in disguise. 😮

Come to think of it, I DO think @CarriePie warned us that they CAN shapeshift as humans...

While I'm guessing we won't overtly get away with using them in meat pies or making them into hats (much as we might be tempted to,) I'm relieved to hear that the cannon ball option is still open.

After all, I can think of a few people, er, Whangdoodles, I wouldn't mind seeing launched out of a cannon. 😎

(STRICTLY for SECURITY REASONS, of course!!)

mm

I'm suspecting the French guy...was from the movie

It came from Mosetaria

Which is where the Whangoodle originated.
So what happened? The Intel is.... Ok there was this guy called Moses_Young. He proclaimed he was a world leader of some sort and tried to take over the entire world, for reasons unknown to us. Maybe he was suffering from a case of Megamosesmania.
Anyway, nobody was willing to give up their own nation in exchange for his exhausted little island in the middle of nowhere - rumour has it, was the former Easter Island where all the giant rabbits became extinct.

So instead he, disguised as an intrepid explorer and with his 'Warrior Princess' bride Tzipora annexed the continent of Antarctica and set up their King/Queendom there. And named it 'Mosetaria' . The penguins were NOT HAPPY.

What does this have to do with the Price of Fish? Well he tried to bribe the penguins with frozen pizza but they were not budging. It was their continent first. The Emporer penguins were livid. So they enlisted the help of the other nations in alliance against the newly founded illegal nation dubbed Mosestaria.

Of course, this evil villain identifiable with his beret and gold tooth and piercing eyeball, will try and tell you all this is codswallop and propaganda from Lanolinland... and try and spin doctor himself as the victim of a giant prank coming from the Whangoodles, which he claims are evil scapegoats that somehow destroyed his little island in the middle of nowhere.... but we know the Truth.

Also related is the land of 'Shittimstan' where it is claimed the falsely dubbed 'Whangdoodles' or 'Fugglers' lived in peaceful slothdom.
But actually they were really sloths, however some people mistook them for chimps or gorillas, and this is the situation we have today. Yes they sometimes appear as human, but really they are just primates that God created hairier than humans who have no need for fast fashion clothing.
