Peace be with you, it is true and you are right, in the Bible there is no such word written. But there is written about the gift of speaking in wisdom, according to the Living Truth (1Corinthians ch. 12). We are also to ask for wisdom, also as our discernment, written in the Epistle of James, who was the chosen first 'leader' for the first church in Jerusalem, mentioned in the book of 'Acts of the Apostles'.
To the Glory of the Kingdom of GOD, it is in 'wisdom' we speak, discerning from the knowledge of the the HOLY SPIRIT the Teacher and Helper of the written Old and New Covenant/Testament. We boldly confess and agree and understand and explain to others meaning about the word 'Trinity'. It is just a word without contradiction because there is a simple explanation given about it. And also Apostle Paul reminds us not to continue to argue about words. They may not be helpful to others who hear them. This word simply proclaim that the FATHER, SON and the HOLY SPIRIT are One. The One and Only and Good GOD, GOD-WORD-HOLY SPIRIT's New Covenant/Testament manifestation, in living action and in living faith with action of faithful believers, the Grace and Truth representation of the Kingdom of GOD in Heaven and on earth, even to this present age and forever and ever.
You are not forced to swallow this nor accept it to add to your faith but do not dispute it either. GOD in CHRIST through the HOLY SPIRIT have not yet bless you to understand enough sound doctrine. Because later when you do, in your maturity continuing in the knowledge of the Kingdom of GOD, you might regret it. This sharing is to encourage and not otherwise.
i am no better than you because i had to learn them the truth the hard 'self' hurting way too because of my zealous Pharisee mentality and ways. i thought i was standing for GOD in zeal and righteousness but got to understand later in correction and chastisement GOD, in the knowledge of CHRIST, of GOD's love by the help of the 'Helper', the HOLY SPIRIT that i was standing for my'self', the selfish feelings and desire in me.
The was an incident in the Gospel of John which the HOLY SPIRIT help me to remember who i was behaving exactly like;
'When Judas Iscariot saw the women (Mary the sister of Lazarus in gratitude to the raising of her brother back to life) pouring an expensive bottle of perfume on the head of JESUS the MESSIAH, he responded saying, what a waste because it could have been sold and the money could have used to give to the poor. Disciple John noted this incident and commented in his Apostolic wisdom that Judas Iscariot didn't really care for the poor because he was a thief himself whom at times stole from the LORD's money bag.'
As it is written; "GOD is not looking sacrifice but mercy."
Many may not understand my sharing of the truth as i serve you, as a called witness to the Kingdom of GOD to the knowledge of the Word for now. But later as everyone who continues in knowledge and understanding with the HOLY SPIRIT will understand them. There are milk and meat sharing according to the Kingdom of GOD, as it is written. Those who continue only in milk will find it difficult to swallow meat as Apostle Paul proclaims this in one of his Epistle about the church.
So as a witness to this, respectfully to the Babes in CHRIST in zeal, i will only share milk and the meat is not for you yet but for those who are mature in understanding.
May GOD the FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST keep you and comfort you and also to all in faith whose hearts are in accordance to the Living Truth in action, further to grow and mature in spirit and truth for the benefit of others in salvation.
Also may HE, the "I AM that I AM" of Israel, who lives forever and ever, the 'Triune' invisible Authority and Dominion and Power and Truth and Manifestation in our hearts and lives, compassionate for the living and the dead of this world, be forever and forever and ever Praised and Thanked and without cease, Amen.
Also without cease, forever and ever, All-Glory and All-Honor and All-Victory be to HIS, CHRIST's, HOLY SPIRIT's 'Triune', 'Proclaim-Action-Resurrection' Grace and Truth, the knowledge and understanding of true 'Love', 'Loyalty' and 'Unity', the 'Agape' the Living GOD the FATHER of all, Amen.

So there is 1-the father 2- the son. now all we need is 3- spirit.
John 3 6-8 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You must be born again.' The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

This long discussion is so unnecessary. It comes to one question..do you believe The Word or not...and God clearly states in His Word...one verse that is indisputable.
I John 5:7
For there are THREE that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word (Jesus according to John 1)and the Holy Ghost: AND THESE THREE ARE ONE.
You can not get any plainer than that. God does not have to explain or justify Himself. Trinity is a fact in all creation and in us...His crown creation. We are made in His image a three part being...body soul and spirit.

And remembering that all those who believe in the Promise (Ge 3:15), Christ Jesus, are also
the seed of Abraham (Gal 3:29) and the true Israel of God (Gal 6:16; Ro 2:28-29; Heb 8:8).

I don't have to address them. They are verses in the Bible alright and no one is disputing that. The reason why some think trinity is false teaching is not because of the verses you presented but of the verses they presented.

How could one find the word "trinity" helpful for expression and communicating, well you said it, a set of doctrines, without first studying the doctrines regarding Trinity?
There are Christians who accept the teachings of trinity and there are Christians who don't. So is the word "Christian" helpful for expression and communicating a religion to a person?

I've said this many times before: It was innovative heresies like Arianism, Monarchianism, and even Sabellianism/Modalism that later arose which freed Christians to name and explain their beliefs. They didn't seek to invent anything new, but only to precisely define what they already believed. If all you ever knew were apples that were red, you would simply call them "apples"; however, if someone brought you a green or yellow apple for the first time, you would now find the need to differentiate between the two -- calling one a red apple, and the other a yellow apple. Your apples have always been red, but now you find it necessary to point out that they are such in order to distinguish them from yellow apples.

This Thread still going on? Ok! How tall was Jesus, the Jesus we know in the bible? the very Jesus we know who died for our sins on the cross. How tall was he? Anywhere in the bible that mentions how tall he was? Not one word in the bible says anything about his physical size. Yet he is in the bible right? So why can't you people just accept the bible as is? Just because it don't mention certain words, that give you the right to say Oh that bible is wrong? or false because you can't find a certain word? Oh come on people.

Trinity EXPLAINED!
There are millions of people who self-identify as Christian who do not believe in the trinity. I was one of them.
There is ONE God! There is one divine man: Jesus! and the Spirit is One, given from God. (Same Moses had and it was given to others, in his lifetime).
Is the >O.T. wrong? Then many were wronged FROM THE BEGINNING... Let´s thank God! As the Samaritan woman said: "He will tell US all things..." (In John, too)
More important than aguing, is believing in God and Jesus (becuase Moses warned us about HIm and His coming).

Understandable that there are still unbelievers of the trinity. But who are they to state its a false teaching just because they don't believe it? Just because they don't believe in something it don't mean it's wrong, or false, or fake or what ever does it? people will always make remarks about something that they don't believe, its because they don't understand. Its like when you are were a child, your parents would put on the table food, and you as a child would ewwwwwww i don't like that or that, your parents would then ask, well have you tried it? child would say no, well then the parents would say, how you say you dont like it if you not tried it? child goes quiet.
Its all about the lack of understanding thats why many people point the finger and state silly things like its wrong, false, fake, made up. Well how do they know its false?, how do they know its fake? But yes i agree that there are thousands of people who don't believe, I was an unbeliever at one time before I became a Christian, I'm sure we all were. But once you get to understand things, once you understand the bible you start seeing the true.

Of course, the reason why it is useless to explain these passages is two fold: (a) the posters use of most of these passages would have to assume and confuse Trinitarianism with Modalism (thus, she argues for a distinction of Father and Son as if it is some kind of rebuttal to Trinitarianism); and because (b) we have done so already elsewhere. I would say you are reading more into John 14:6 than what is there. Jesus is not identifying himself as God in this passage. In fact it looks as though he is stating that he is quite separate. You want to talk to the Father? Come to him through his Son. This is the case with most passages put forward to support the trinity. In medieval times the king was notoriously difficult to see. People went through the king's advisers to gain the king's favour. John 14 may be saying no more than this. You enter into God’s presence only by following the teachings of his son.
