No. I did not. Not once did I say everyone should be physically fit. I said just the opposite. Saying we should take care of our bodies does NOT mean having a perfect "thin" build. TRY TO UNDERSTAND. not everyone is built the same. Bone structures are different. "Your body is a temple" is not about lifting weights. No drugs. No alcohol. No habits that can cause health problems. This isn't just about ones physical body. I've seen my own sister starve herself with anorexia to the point of death so I'm not about to criticize ANYONE on how a person physically looks. I come from two parents who are also physically disabled and believe md, physical beauty did not matter to them.You did. One can do all they can to be healthy and still not be physically fit. That's what I was referring to. It's a temple but not all who take care of it does is actually show.
I also was a psych major in college too. Took quite a few classes as well so stop trying to lash out about your own insecurities and twist others words so you feel better about your own issues. Yes, it's that obvious that's what you're doing.
