I don't get the maths. brother but I would say if you are in your 20s I give it to you, you still have some time. But if you are above 35 dear it will be difficult. because 40 is around the corner after forty it gets harder for both genders except you are from the the Playboy Clan.

Yeah it's really not that complicated. I find the hardest part is finding a Christian woman. After that no one is gonna agree with everything the other person says or does so as long as you can tolerate each other enough to be happy it's all good.
It's hard because you are trying to find a 10 who is also Christian...

Since we got on the topic of rating people between a 1-10
I am curious to know:
How would you rate my picture?
And how would you rate the AI image of my dream girl?

I would give me 6.5
And her 9
However, I believe the rules are this, You can only be matched with a person who is 1 point difference from you.
So, she will have to step down to an 8 and I will have to work my way up to a 7, before we are compatible.

I am honestly curious to hear you responses,
I am a big boy, you won't hurt my feelings.
I'm afraid that church you were talking about in the other thread is going to be pretty rocky.

You don't want to settle for somebody beneath your level, but you want your hypothetical wife to settle for you... But you want to run a church where all denominations meet and compromise?

Nope. Can't see that happening.

As for how you look physically, all I have to say is...

Let the one who is a supermodel throw the first stone.

Let me tell you a secret before getting of the chat. sweetheart having a dream girl in mind is what many men have I mean even the married ones but they get married to others with whom they have a good chemistry though it is not their dream girl. but they are certain it is God's choice for them. keep your dream girl in mind but seek God's choice of a partner for you.

I am thinking that @Jackson129 has not made any indication of this (not in this thread, anyway). Where did you get this idea? Did I miss something? Or, do you simply assume that every man is looking for a 10 - whether he says so or not...???

(Keep in mind that I said 'is looking for' and not 'would like to find'.)

I was wondering this too, as I've not seen Jackson indicate this in any thread.
But, I thought maybe I misunderstood what MsMediator meant. After looking at it again, I think maybe she meant it would be hard if he was looking only for a 10. I think it perhaps could've (or maybe should've) been worded differently.

Okay CarriePie, BUT...
what happens if you marry and a few years down the road he shaved that beard off!?
Then what?
I'd tell him to grow it back or no more homecooked meals
I've never though of facial hair being held hostage, but...

The Bible was right when it said that married people would face many problems in this life!

I was exaggerating about the 10, and should have instead said above 7, which I believe is a reasonable assumption for virtually all men.

He's not allowed. According to my totally twisted, cherry picked, and butchered interpretation of scripture CarriePie's husband will have to keep the beard.
I Corinthians 7:4b ...the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.

If I ever get married, I'm going to have this framed and put on the wall along with hubby's bearded picture

Hilarious!! I'm confident that with my cooking, the problems won't be faced for long :D:ROFL:
Why do I suddenly have this image of CarriePie backing some poor, BEARDLESS man into a corner with a rolling pin, shouting, "NOW YOU GROW BACK THAT BEARD OR ELSE!! IF YOU DON'T LOOK LIKE A FOUNDING MEMBER OF ZZ TOP IN THE NEXT 6 WEEKS, YOU AREN'T GETTING ANY BAKED GOODS FOR YEAR!!!"

I mean...

Carrie wouldn't REALLY do that!!!

Would she?

WOULD SHE???!!! :oops::cool::unsure:

I'm pretty sure this was the original version, but men everywhere were so terrified, they made sure this part "quietly disappeared."
