By the way, about that canadian bacon... The stuff McDonald's sells under that name is just chopped ham, sliced. It ain't REAL bacon. 
Now if you get REAL Canadian bacon, up in Canada they call it peameal bacon and it's made from a strip along the pig's back. I've never tried it, but they say it's pretty good.
