anyone can be a contrarian...my point was only my point.
and my point was not to solve all points:p

OK.

I think my point is important, though. Those who simply fall back on the "God is love" mantra often use this as an excuse for sin.

Do you agree?

This is due to their unrighteousness.

What does God want for the wicked?

Eze 18:32

For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent and live!
is this not telling us all (who according to God is wicked) to repent, so we may live. If Gods offer of salvation through repentance is not offered to everyone. does this command to repent so we may live become meaningless??

It doesn't solve anything. Some use this phrase to excuse sinful behavior. What then?

God is love, but he is also truth and justice.
lol, so some do this. does that mean everyone does? or that it is wrong. this is faulty logic.

They have received the truth, but sin clouds judgment.

Titus 2:11
For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
now we are getting there

1. what is sin?
2. What makes this sin cloud our judgment?

some do. does that make the fact of the love of God wrong?

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. John 3:19-20

Oh for goldfish's sakes, answer the question.

You pose another verse.

CONGRATULATIONS, accepting this as your answer you prove the bible disproves itself. AWESOME.

The proper response would have been to commented, after analyzing their comment, and refuting it before offering an alternate conclusion.

You disrespect people when you don't even consider what they say and just keep on blabbering on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on, thinking the preponderance of pixels and not admitting to defeat means you won!

Grow up. Quit acting like you know everything. No one's interested in your snide remarks except your own ego. In case you didn't notice, the author of the comment I quoted liked my response. He knew I was offering a complement to his post.

I made NO act as if I knew something.

They asked you a question, you ignored it, didn't answer it, and posted a cut and paste quote. You offered no explanation of the quote, so no one even knows what you think it means.

You didn't answer him. There is nothing ungrown up about that, nor is it a snide remark. It's what you did not do, which is answer him. I'm assuming you didn't realize that. So I made it clear.

What was this gospel Jesus took to the Samaritans?

The same gospel Jonah took to Ninevah. That Paul took to the ephesians. What does this have to do with anything?

Yes, but not by the Jews proselytizing them.
lol Again what does this have to do with anything?

Pay closer attention. No one asked me a question.

Jesus said his message was for the Jews, not the Gentiles. Samaritans were Gentiles.
Samaritans were a mixed race of Jews and foreigners (2 Kings 17:24-41). The Samaritans were despised by the Jews (John 4:9). Jesus commanded that the Gospel be carried to the Samaritans (Acts 1:8; 8:25).
