because it is natural to him../quote]

Isn't God who made his nature in the first place
So it is God who is responsible for him being a sinner and his sin
No God did not make his nature. Mankind was created without a sin nature. Mankind brought sin and the sin nature into the world. Not God. God is not responsible for anyone's sin. If he was, he could not condemn us, because it was his fault not ours. How can God hold someone accountable for sin, when he made them sin in the first place. Get real!!

Read romans 1. God did not do it, they chose to rebell against him!

So it's not you or I who does it, but the sin that dwells in the flesh. Is not jack the ripper the same?
now read two parts together

Romans 7:16-20 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. For I know that in me (that is , in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do . Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

when you are a sinner or spiritually dead person you still have a “will” within you which you exercise to either accept Jesus or not

thats cool. I was trying to show him the same thing. God did not create man with the nature to sin. He created them with free will, Man chose to sin.

It means that even when we are saved, we still have the nature to sin. and we have to struggle to fight against the nature. or we will fall into sin. because our sin nature can do no good. And only through the spirit can we do what is right. how? as paul said, By willingly (yes free will) setting our minds on the spirit. Why would paul tell us to chose to set our minds on the spirit if we were unable to chose to do such a thing because every aspect of our life was already predestined and forced by God? He would not have to tell us this, we would just blindly do whatever God wills us to do. That is what a coffee maker does. what it is supposed to do.. We are not coffee makers. If you want to be one. feel free. But God wants to love you as a creature, not a machine!

How can you say these verses are about a dead person with the will inside to exercise his belief in Christ and then LIKE another's meaning of the SAME verses stating that it's about a saved person that still has a nature to sin?

This is CONFUSION.
I thought one who is born of God does not sin?

Revelation 11:3-7

3*And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

4*These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

5*And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

6*These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

7*And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

Yes. we must CHOSE to abide in Christ, for unless we do, we can do nothing. If we do not abide in Christ. we can not do anything for him.

there is a reason Jesus said we must abide in him, he is giving us a choice.

John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 637 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. 38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. 39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. 40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

ya might want to rethink this. Paul is not talking of a spiritually dead person, but himself, who had already been made alive in Christ. He was speaking of his current condition when he wrote those words..

No man can come to God but by Jesus Christ, BUT no man can come to Jesus Christ unless the Father draws him. Where is the free will of man to choose in this?

where does it come? did God draw Judas to himself? was he saved?

Did God draw Isreal to him through moses? where they saved?

Why did jesus say those who see him and believe will be given eternal life. But those who do not will be condemned if free will is not in use??

Romans 9:11,16
11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)

16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

How can salvation be not about works but somehow we must find something inside ourselves to desire things of the Spirit when we are not made alive to the Spirit yet, and walk accordingly??

Purpose of God according to election? What is election?

If I would have known before hand how Good He Is I would have chosen Him. But He had to change me and show me His Love before I could see it. I was not smart enough or good enough to see His Goodness for myself before He Saved me.

Is that what is meant by 'many are called but few are chosen'?

That one has stumbled me a little from time to time...

Judas was as pharaoh was, made for a purpose! He is even recorded repenting as you would have it out of his own mouth and you STILL see him doomed?

Now if Jesus is God in flesh, and no man can see God and live, then only one who has crucified the flesh can see Him.

Daniel 8:16-18

16*And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.

17*So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision.

18*Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright.

Ezekiel 1:28

28*As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.

Revelation 1:17-18

17*And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

18*I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Judas did not repent out of a heart for God. he repented because he got fooled and taken advantage of. and when he found out what they were going to do. he felt bad. Because he thought Jesus was a good and decent man (not God) Unlike Peter, who repented because he had godly sorry. You don;t know the difference? Jesus said in John 6 he did not believe, he called him the devil!

Now if Jesus is God in flesh, and no man can see God and live, then only one who has crucified the flesh can see Him.
Oh so now we are saved by the law? why don't you make up your mind. And even if that was true, how can we crucify the flesh without free will?

And? you saying you would not fall on your face when you see Christ in all his glory? knowing all the sin you have committed of your OWN FREE WILL, and knowing you are comp0letely undeserving to be in his presence?? I mean, if I have no free will, it was not me that sinned against God, it was him that made me a sinner and forced me to sin, so why would I have to fall in shame?
