So. All these posters say that all God gave Moses was bad, rotten stuff. Toss it out for gentiles. That God wasn't thinking at all of the gentiles as God worked with Israel. That all Paul's work with the Christian Counsel about how he was to teach was saying he was against his entire race, those Jews. That every single word Christ spoke about law must be tossed out, for Paul said so. And everything this fellow wrote, what's his name, about history of that time is no good because his religion is no good. On top of that!! most of the OT was not for us, God makes a BIG distinction of the people He created and asks us first, before he speaks to any of us, about our race: Jew or gentile and is a completely different God to us based on that. And posters say they get it from the bible!!

Nope. What God gave moses was

1. Holy
2. Righteous
3. Powerful.

But God tells us all about it once he fulfilled it.

Hebrews 8:7-13 For if that first covenant had been faultless, (the mosaic covenant) then should no place have been sought for the second.

Why did God give us a new covenant, if the old or mosaic covenant had no faults?

It is just as holy and righteous to gentiles as it is to jews, I was given to lead them to Christ also.

Now you know I would show up eventually......Gods grace...was pauls message...paul tried to destroy the early church..
He knew what God did to him on the road to Damascus...that it would change his life .forever..
People tend to approach God through the law..paul was trying to tell people that....through grace which is simply Gods power in us
Causing us to want to obey....instead of obeying by obligation.....or legalism....
.so when God gives us a message .. we are so worried that we ask people if its right...it good to seek council but not to the point
We listen to people instead of God......

Ahh yes, they new form of Godliness, where do not ever confront someone with anything, lets all be happy go lucky people and except everything as truth..
Never mind it's the same stuff that little kid's pull,"You hurt my feelings therefore you don't love me". Been there, done that,I was a little kid once and did the same things to my parents. Seen in it my brothers and sisters. Nothing new under the sun :p

So you agree with some scripture, anyway. Do you suppose Christ was sent because it was the plan from the beginning? And because Christ made everything better? Or do you think it was because God wasn't a very good father to us and sent Christ to make up for His errors? You may thing so, but I don't.

Yes, That was the plan. It was first prophesied in Gen 3: 15. so it was nothing new, even to moses. Moses understood that a redeemer would be sent.

And because Christ made everything better? Or do you think it was because God wasn't a very good father to us and sent Christ to make up for His errors? You may thing so, but I don't.
Do what?

This makes no sense.

God promised Jesus in Gen 3

He gave moses the law to PROVE to mankind he could not get to God by his own merit, his own works. Which was intended to lead them to christ (along with the prophets)

Christ came to fulfill those requirements, which he did.

If the law could make men righteous, if it could make men right with God. THEN CHRIST WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO COME.

But it could not. why? As you have been shown three times now. (It was FAULTY - As a means to make men right with God)
'
But that was NEVER ITS PURPOSE. it was given TO LEAD US TO GOD. In That aspect. IT IS PERFECT>>

So is an accident that Jesus said "He will fulfill the LAW", then Peter said, not to put the law on the shoulders of the Gentiles, James agreed and Paul was comisioned with a letter, in black and white to the the gentiles, you do not need to thet circumcised and live moses law.... and the gentiles got very happy about it. on that ligth Galatian is written, so is fully consistent, if you do not like it, bad luck, you need to review what you Understand from the scriptures, you may have to change and repent!

You have all made your point and your interpretation of scripture is used to back it up. Kill the law. Make God the bad guy. And all the Jews along with them, with Christ the only acceptable Jew. With the ten commandments all destroyed, we can let everything in our churches, they aren't sanctified for God any more, you have spoken!!

6 lies in eight sentences. Maybe eight. red stop lying. The old testament law doesn't apply to us, not the old testament. STOP LYING!
We have brought up new testament passages time and again and you refuse to address them. Well, except for Galatians, and then you had to find someone that would pervert it to your pleasure.
Explain Hebrews red. "But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. [SUP] [/SUP]For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
[SUP] [/SUP]For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
[SUP] [/SUP]Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord."

You better read Acts 15 again. That was the Jerusalem Council, where the elders and apostles met to decide that Gentile Christian did NOT have to obey the Mosaic law.
Perhaps, in a nutshell, you could tell us what the Gentile believers were required to do.

Perhaps, in a nutshell, you could tell us what the Gentile believers were required to do.
acts 10: [SUP]7 [/SUP]that word you know, which was proclaimed throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee after the baptism which John preached: [SUP]38 [/SUP]how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. [SUP]39 [/SUP]And we are witnesses of all things which He did both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem, whom they[SUP][e][/SUP] killed by hanging on a tree. [SUP]40 [/SUP]Him God raised up on the third day, and showed Him openly, [SUP]41 [/SUP]not to all the people, but to witnesses chosen before by God, even to us who ate and drank with Him after He arose from the dead. [SUP]42 [/SUP]And He commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that it is He who was ordained by God to be Judge of the living and the dead. [SUP]43 [/SUP]To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.”

Acts 16:31 So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
