Our heavenly Father is a LOVING Father who desires a relationship with us. You cannot have a relationship with someone you cannot be in the presence of. We are to walk in the Spirit at all times. And we DO live in two realms at once, both the natural (Physical earth) and the spiritual. But the "world" is a SYSTEM from which we are to come out of SO we can walk in the Spirit. If we do not walk in the Spirit, it is because we are OF the world.
I know a Christian who has a demonic snake living inside of her. Tearing her inside ups. Sexual sin. She loves God. Does the what she can to obey God. Like most Christians she only does some of what God says.
I see so called Christians with demons inside of them all the time. Ever watch them rip someone a part on this site?? Give me a break! I've seen them lash you up one side and down the other.
Pride. You all need to learn much more. Babies teaching babies. They die from lack of knowledge. Lots of people here won't even admit a demon has them sick so they can stay sick instead of casting the demon of sickness out of them in Jesus. Makes no sense to me.

the joint heir statement and grasping for God's power is concerning. the idea of "I will become like Jesus in power and stand next to Him when I get to Heaven" is very unbiblical. We will become like Jesus in body but we will be before the throne at God's feet worshiping and praising our Lord and Savior. The words reminds me of a certain spirit who spoke them in ancient times and still leads people astray today.

Loveschild, we do not need to go around telling people and scaring them that they have demons inside them. Just cast out the demons through prayer and by asking God to do it. then teach them how to speak to the Holy Spirit themselves. For if they do not know how to listen and pray to the Holy Spirit then they will be under attack again and some would agrue are not really Christians to begin with. therefore if they have the indwelling Holy SPirit they should be able to listen and speak with God and will not need outside interference, just guidance to understand the mysteries of being oracles of God. tell people they have demons and not doing anything to help is cruel and mean and not what Jesus did or taught His followers to do. Stop cursing them by telling them they have demons and making them doubt they have God and the Holy Spirit inside of them.Instead if you are able teach them how to Hear the Voice of God, the Holy Spirit for then God can tell them what to do and how to grow in His love and Truth.

C. Peter Wagner has basically appointed himself as the head of the prophetic movement within the Charismatic branch of Christianity.
Wagner, a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, lends credibility to the movement. He also subscribes to 'Dominionist' theology. Dominionism basically asserts that Christians should infiltrate various aspects of society (he calls them the 'seven mountains') including foreign governments around the world. Infiltrating these 'seven mountains' would allow power to accrue to a select few including, of course, C. Peter Wagner and Chuck Pierce.
....Now many Christians are oblivious to what is going on with this so-called prophetic movement. They are in the process of attempting to establish a network of Churches around the globe with themselves at the top of the pile.
But you should listen to the babbling that comes from those closest to Wagner. These so-called Apostles and Prophets continually speak absolute nonsense. Honestly, the things they say make no sense to a sane person with average intelligence. Cindy Jacobs, for example, believes that her clothes are anointed and have the power to heal and she assures people that dry cleaning won't affect the anointing. Chuck Pierce talks of peoples spleen 'laughing' during certain times of the year and no, I am NOT joking. They really say this stuff. Do a Google search and find out for yourself. It's everywhere. Look at some of the 'prophetic words' on 'The Elijah List' or watch GOD TV for a night.
A fascinating facet of this movement are the Kabbalistic teachings that Chuck Pierce attempts to incorporate into Christianity. If you're not familiar with Kabbalah, it is a form of Jewish mysticism with adherents as famous as Madonna. As far as I can tell, Kabbalah appears to incorporate various aspects of Zoroastrianism (based on astrology and prominent in Ancient Persia) with Judaism. An element of Zoroastrianism and mystic religions of Persia was the belief that one could ascend to heaven by gaining secret knowledge. In fact, the word 'Babel' from the Book of Genesis literally means 'gate of god'. This Persian loanword sounded like the Hebrew word for confusion. You might remember that the tower of Babel is where God confounded or confused the languages of the nations.
Towers like the tower of Babel in Iraq are closely tied with astrology and attempts to attain eternal life through secret knowledge. Some of this knowledge was available, they believed, through astrology. What does Chuck Pierce teach? You guessed it - astrology. He relates the zodiac sign with personal character traits. Also prominent among the teaching of these false prophets is the idea that one can enter into heaven through various portals. Sound incredible?

this is done by people telling them the TRUE Gospel of salvation: that Jesus Christ died for THEM and God wants them as His beloved children.
then the signs and wonders may happen but God saves with or without chosen Human vessels. He has His angels to deliver and do such things. He can use people if He so chooses, but discernment and wisdom comes from the Lord and everyone really needs to pray for more of it.

then the signs and wonders may happen but God saves with or without chosen Human vessels. He has His angels to deliver and do such things. He can use people if He so chooses, but discernment and wisdom comes from the Lord and everyone really needs to pray for more of it.

If you wander into witchcraft out of curiosity, (reading about it, whatever) demons have legal right to mess with you in a witchy way. they can do just about anything if it's related to that because you opened the door for them. you have to repent, renounce, break all vows/curses/etc, & command that they leave in Jesus name.

If that is not enough for you, I was ministering to a woman one day and a spirit manifested itself to me after I said the word of God is quick and powerful, more than any twoedged sword,I was a baby in the Lord,called my pastor,he said I should have rebuked it in the name of Jesus!
I was weirded out at the moment,but yes those fallen angels do possess people,unforgiveness is also bad.The word says first you bind the strong
man(bad spirit,then he takes his goods with him(other spirits).this is very real!What do you think those fallen angels who are in chains of darkness

I've read books on deliverance and I'll be honest with you, Satan is given far too much credit.
In the beginning God gave man dominion over this world. Adam both disqualified himself and surrendered that dominion to Satan when he chose to follow in Satan's footsteps by believing that his (man's) ways was / is better than God's way.
In a sense, Jesus reclaimed dominion for mankind through his life, death, burial and resurrection (redemption). When a believer comes to saving faith in Jesus Christ, we become partakers of (have access to) that dominion through Christ in Jesus name.
However, we must understand that it is entirely possible that, through our own sin, we surrender dominion over our circumstances to Satan.
On the other hand, it is our faith in Christ resulting in adherence to His word, which allows the Holy Spirit to operate freely in and through us.
Galatians 6: 6-8 " Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life."
Deliverance ministry is unnecessary for those who understand the importance of living a fully surrendered, consecrated life leaving Satan little opportunity to gain access to our own lives and the lives of those in our circle of influence.
