Jahsoul Hi

I think you may have misread or I did not explain myself properly.

Of course the child is in the correct mind set when he comes back or they would not come back. But there has to be time to settle back in first before things start to be discussed.

When things bad happen there is always a little strain to start. But their repenting is done by their deeds so you shall know the truth.

What you state can happen that is why things will be strained for a while. You will not have the same person come back who left.

You have to make sure the person has not come back for a short holiday before going again. YOU SHALL KNOW BY THEIR DEEDS

This is what guidelines are for. You let them know straight away. You give them the option and the chance. But you still take them back even it does happen again. Read the bible when Jesus was asked "how many times do I have to turn my cheek Lord" and Jesus replied " 70 times 7 ". You are also advised to be discerning You are not expected to be a fool.

But you still leave your door open. You could just turn them away take no notice of what Jesus said. But remember in my last post? "What someone does is their Karma" How you retaliate is your Karma." A person will stumble and possible stumble a few times. It will not be easy for the forgiver or the forgiven you will have to take things one step at a time.

But please bear in mind when all one can do is quote the bible and threaten hell to those who wish to live their own lives is to give a BURDEN TOO HARD TO BEAR.

And you know those words are so true "One step at a time" Prayer does not bring about miracles it only brings hope of one.

I have no idea how old your children are mine are grown up and trust me it does not improve with age the only difference is the problem is larger. Kids can tear you pear shaped believe me.

If someone as stupid as me knows that " DON'T YOU THINK GOD DOES' Don't you think he knows none are perfect all your asked to do is to try your very best. And believe me he knows that too.

The bible also says your not given a burden too heavy to carry.

Do you honestly think all that stuff from years gone by can be adhered to in the year 2013?.

All that stuff cut and pasted in words they cannot even spell never mind understand written and translated from other languages. The King James version is derived from the old testament and a lot of it has been changed your not even getting Gods words the communication was lost long ago. How can a book that has been changed re-written by 47 different people possibly be Gods word.

But people cannot even remember them never mind abide by them. But as soon as someone comes in states they are Gay or other minority group. People are running to the bible and cutting and pasting.

If you need to consult the bible as you do a dictionary do not even bother you do not know Gods word anyway.

All that is wanted of anybody is to do their very best your not asked to fall under the burden.
It would be like asking me to do the job of Goliath then saying there is no forgiveness when I collapse

When someone falls and gets up the whole of heaven rejoices.

Now you know what I mean when God will open his arms and say MY CHILD HAS COME HOME.

Now you know why I go by the dictates of my soul and the guidelines of Karma.

And thank you for your words of kindness.

The only revelation and sound instruction that man can trust on this subject is located and given to us in the scriptures. It is given as part of the whole counsel of God and should not be ignored or neglected. We may not like and even disagree with the scriptures, but nevertheless it is God's counsel and it must be heeded by faith without sentimentality or carelessness. There is a specific reason why men and women have desired same sex relationships and it begins and ends with REJECTION and DISAPPROVAL. These two words describe the process of what befalls those that give place to desires that do not come from God that ultimately reject the Creator (knowingly and unknowingly) as to how they have been made to be as a male or female. These desires bring confusion into the mind and emotions many times at a very young age and begin to redefine the desires of the mind and flesh as inordinate affections, which is a misplaced feeling that the mind suffers with.

This is the beginning stage of self rejection that goes on in the mind and emotions that forms and produces images unconsciously. These images begin to take root and formulate imaginations and thoughts subconsciously, which later are reflected and mirrored consciously in the mind and emotions and displayed as inordinate affections as an attraction to others of the same sex. This is when the individual takes on a new identity. They have to reject the first to be able to accept the second and this is done through a process that involves inward suffering that leads to outward suffering through isolation and rejection or disapproval of others. This process does not happen without the insidious strategy of demonic forces that feed these desires with the evil intent to distort the imagery and perception within the framework of the mind and heart to get the individual to subjectively reject the Creator by rejecting who God made them to be as male and female. This process was taking place before the flood in Noah's days and was part of the makeup of man where every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

19 The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground. 2 “My lords,” he said, “please turn aside to your servant’s house. You can wash your feet and spend the night and then go on your way early in the morning.”
“No,” they answered, “we will spend the night in the square.”
3 But he insisted so strongly that they did go with him and entered his house. He prepared a meal for them, baking bread without yeast, and they ate. 4 Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. 5 They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.”
6 Lot went outside to meet them and shut the door behind him 7 and said, “No, my friends. Don’t do this wicked thing. 8 Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do what you like with them. But don’t do anything to these men, for they have come under the protection of my roof.” (Genesis 19:1-8)

Hi Bow 11

I have read your post with great interest trying to find something that would impress me. I could not.
Why would you cut and paste a post that would glorify this person?

Please tell me you were being sarcastic. This could not mean anything else.

1) Angels arrived at Lots house
2) He offered them food and shelter (All good so far)
3) Some men came to the house with the intention of raping the men (angels) he called them friends.
4) Lot offered to give his virgin daughters instead angels had to be protected.
5) It would be wicked to rape the men but ok with the daughters. I will refrain from asking the ages of the girls.
6) The men could do exactly what they liked with these poor frightened girls.

Women I take it do not matter they are scum to be used. But God wants his angels protected. A father giving up his children whom he is supposed to love and protect with his life.

And then to cap everything else God warned Lot to flee Sodom and not to look back or he would be turned into a pillar of salt.

So this passage is telling me that God allows the rape of women. But actually tries to rescue Lot from turning into a pillar of salt and destruction, by warning him. Despite the fact he had exposed his daughters to rape.

And to cap it all in a forum that is asking does God except Gays. Sounds good Gays become rapists instead that way you will have acceptance and forgiveness in the eyes of God.

THIS HAS TO BE TRUE THE BIBLE SAYS SO

Get it right churches were built by everybody for anybody not certain members of the community. Our taxes and donations payed for these places.

Correct me if I am wrong but Gays pay taxes too. Or do they also have an immunity to the myth called a tax man.

What these people have paid for they have the right to use.
Is that how it works in Australia - churches are public buildings erected by the government?

That's not how it works in the states. Church buildings are paid for and owned privately here.

No. Men and women were made for each other. A man and a woman can become one flesh because woman was taken from man. People of the same sex cannot become one flesh.

Absolutely!!! Very good point. Take away from the original creation, or add to the original, and what you have left is sin every time.

No, He doesn't accept homosexuality , but He knows that man is NATURALLY sinful but with good parts that can choose Him and where sin abounds, that is, that which we do that seperates ourselves from Him, GRACE abounds more.

And, don't you dare forget MERCY ! :)

But, I don't sin now, green, I am a new creation. Scripture says in 1 John, "born of God, one does not sin."

OH, YOU still sin, you are just COVERED by the blood ! But, to make yourself do it again and again and again and the sacrifice of sin becomes null and void of grace :(

AND THEIR SINS AND THEIR LAWLESS DEEDS I WILL REMEMBER NO MORE." 18Now where there is forgiveness of these things, there is no longer any offering for sin.

But, we can come to Him and He is there. COME to the throne of grace ! :)

King James Bible
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.…

God does not accept homosexuality.

It is a natural instinct in females to be attracted to males and males to be attracted to females and to go against this would mean that it is not love.

Anything that is not love is sin and homosexuality is lust and God does not see it as love because God made a man to be a woman and not a man with a man or a woman to be with a woman.

It is also a natural instinct in people to believe there is a God for the Bible says creation testifies that there is a God so they are without excuse, but when they knew God because of creation they did not want to believe it but believed things came about in another way.

It is a natural instinct for males to be with females and to go against that is lust and not love as far as God sees it for some people would think it is love.

Nobody denies that God intended for men to be with women and vice versa. God does not accept the act of homosexuality. Of course not. But can people with homosexual tendencies be saved? People who are attracted to the same sex? Of course they can. As long as they don't keep falling to the temptation. Same goes for me and everyone else here. Can people who have tendencies to commit adultery or murder or to lie, can they be saved? Of course they can! But again, only if they don't keep falling to the temptation to lie or commit adultery or murder. What's so hard about it?

It is my own personal opinion that this is not an important issue as many make it out to be. The bible says YHWH is love (1 John 4:8) So he would not hate a gay person because He had created them, and we are all children of YHWH. So He may not agree but he will not condemn people for trying to find love.

Hi
Yes I understand where you are coming from. I was actually thinking about places like England and yes even Australia that have the huge Cathedrals all which are maintained by grants from the government and donations too, but gays donate too you know. And even if you are right and I really cannot argue here there is no way they are maintained on their own just by the parishioners. And the riches within come from robbing and plundering other countries.

If a church uses a welfare program a training program they are funded and paid for by the government. Even the very small churches (halls) they do not pay rates they do not pay tax on things sold. They say the things go to the poor. The best are sold tax free.

How do you think these churches are investing so much in real estate.

The only churches here that are self-supported like the off shoot groups JW SDA etc but these churches are small places little halls so to speak. Not the huge buildings I was actually thinking about.

But bottom line is it boils down to the working man. And like it or not Gays are working men and women too.

Take care

Yes your right it is not a big issue. In fact it is not an issue at all only to those too scared to come out of the closet.

Everybody is entitled to love and to belong and if two consenting adults who really cares

Hi mpaper

Sure it is a natural instinct for a male and female. But there are some who just do not like that. So is a life of of living alone no partner to be wished on them to just please a bible story. Or perhaps they are expected to deceive their partner and try and live a lie. Remember if the act is in the mind it is as good as done it says in the good book. (who ever called it a good book) Remember a lie is frowned on too. Wow these Gays are sinning no matter what they do. They may as well do it out in the open that way it is only one sin.

I am so glad that I have no soul and no guilt in what I do as long as it does not hurt another. I do not have to live worried about what is going to happen to me on death. And where am I going to go then? well who cares. And family would only worry till the reading of the will is over.

If somebody comes to my door I do not ask them if they are gay or what denomination they are unless I can see from another country, and there are foods taboo to them but that is the same with SDA as well. Actually I just ask if there is anything they cannot eat and leave it at that.

But does not matter if they are hungry they eat. And that goes for anybody nobody comes to my door without being offered food or drink.

You are asked in the bible to be your brothers keeper but that only means gently advise if you feel you must. It does not say you have to walk this persons Karma for them. Being your brothers keeper means being a friend in need and times of trouble. Do not take the words from the bible literally there is black and white to each verse not one blank colour

Hi

Thank you for your answer. But some do not really care. Like me for instance, if it was ordained or not. I have no particular interest in going to heaven.

I will die as the animals and go wherever their soul goes.

Now people are going to say animals don't have souls right?

Ha Ha take care

First off let me say that I have gay friends and I have struggled myself by questioning my sexual orientation. I believe that yes God does view homosexuality as a sin but that he will judge each person by all the works in their life and all their sins not just one big one like being gay. There are some truly awesome gay people out there who do so much for others and generally love life and love others the only thing against them is that they're gay and that is why they are being judged. I don't think people are born gay because babies don't start talking and proclaiming they are gay right from the start however some parents notice early on that their child doesn't act their gender. Boys who are more feminine and girls who are more tomboys. So I think some kids develop differently and you really can not choose who you love. You can ignore your feelings and resist your thoughts but when you love someone whether you are gay or straight you fall in love with the person they are and you are attracted to them you can't help it if they are the same gender as you or not. Everyone sins and everyone will continue to sin and unfortunately I think people make too much of these gay issues. Judging others based on gender, sexual orientation, race, etc is a sin and yet people do it everyday. Embrace, learn to respect and generally foster loving kind feelings for others not like you and let God judge people's sins.
So maybe we need to see the below and take it to heart:
[h=3]Luke 18:10-14[/h]Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]10 [/SUP]Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. [SUP]11 [/SUP]The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. [SUP]12 [/SUP]I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. [SUP]13 [/SUP]And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. [SUP]14 [/SUP]I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

The flesh verses the Spirit of God is what is so hard about it? Who or what are we listening to Flesh or God's Spirit and while where:

  1. Romans 5:8
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:7-9 (in Context) Romans 5 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations
  2. Romans 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Romans 8:33-35 (in Context) Romans 8 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations
  3. 2 Corinthians 5:14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
