But sin is not charged against anyone’s account where there is no law.
So the mentally handicapped goes to hell? The infant or child who dies from leukemia goes to hell?

What does it mean if their actions are defending what is right? But have never heard the Gospel?Obviously God is just in how he judges. God cannot contradict himself.
The law is in everyone's heart and it condemns them. Even babies that never sinned consciously die because of Adam's sin.

The road to life is narrow but the road to destruction is wide. So in your theology the majority is predestined for Hell. Chose for hell. Unelected for hell.
All are damned in Adam. But God paid for the sins of some.

Die as in burn in hell?

Tell that to a grieving mother.

Despite David said he would see is baby in Heaven. And despite Jesus was using children to day such as these belong to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Adam's sin is sufficient to send all the world to hell.

The curse is carried down from Adam. Obviously as evident above God judges on different measures dealing with what people know.

If you are not old enough or healthy enough to comprehend right from wrong. Then it is unjust to judge as if they did.

Adam condemns us before we know right from wrong.

The curse is carried down but this has nothing to do with how God will judge. What he will show mercy and what he will not.
No atonement = damnation. Only the elect are atoned for.

But, all are not saved.
Didn't say that. You forget the condition about faith in Christ. The book of Hebrews explains this very well. The Atonement work of Christ. Jesus simply provided a way for anyone to find salvation. As represented by the splitting of the temple veil.

Conditional salvation = works. The Bible refutes this.

You call belief works which isnt. The Bible calls for belief. Jesus Christ made it conditional by saying he was the only way to the Father and without faith it is impossible to please God.

But faith is a fruit of the Holy Spirit = God must save you before you can believe.

Foreknowledge = predestination. Not learning by watching = God was ignorant.
Romans 8:29 English Standard Version (ESV)
29 For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

Not sure how this limits free will?

Apparently God had mercy on the children of the Exodus...He didn't judge them for the sins of their parents...because they themselves did not have knowledge between good and evil yet because they were children. Scripture also says you are judged according to what you know and understand. James 5:17 to him that knows to do good and doeth it not to him it is a sin.

Deut. 1:39
39 Moreover your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, and your children, which in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in thither, and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it.
