I never disagree with scripture dear. I never change the scripture.
Yet here you still are ignoring all the scriptures in God's WORD that disagree with you neither do you respond to the scripturs but speak your own WORDS over God's WORD.

Here you go dear. God's WORD that answers all your words yet you close your eyes because you cannot respond to the scriptures in order to follow your traditions.

ONLY God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW him who calls us in LOVE to LOVE another.

Do you BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD dear? God's WORD does indeed disagree with you.

................

SIN is the breaking of God's Commandments (James 2:9-11; Romans 7:7; 1 John 3:4) Those who CONTINUE in UNREPENTANT SIN will NOT enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

................

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12).

If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has led many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

In times of ignorance God winks at but now ,<when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

Since the Old Covenant includes the Ten Commandments, and the Ten Commandments are permanent and eternal, it is INCORRECT to state that the Old Covenant and ALL ITS LAWS were nailed to the Cross. The New Covenant includes the Ten Commandments, so what was nailed to the Cross?

1. The just condemnation of every sinner based upon the Ten Commandments.

2. The laws pertaining to the Tabernacle and Temple, the Levitical Priesthood, the sacrifices and offerings, the Feasts and Festivals, holy days, new moons, and sabbaths. All of these were *shadows* but the reality is Christ Himself. Also included were the ceremonial and dietary laws of Israel.

3. Having said that, the 4th commandment pertains to the sabbath, and the sabbath is related to man's work week. Thus for the Christian, the Lord's Day becomes the sabbath, in that it is set aside for rest, for worship, and for good works. It is very clear from the NT that Christians were meeting ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK to satisfy the demands of the sabbath.

4. While in principle every day is a day of worship and thanksgiving, we cannot simply dismiss the principle of the sabbath, which is embedded in the Creation Week. Scripture specifically says that "God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made."

5. At the same time, believers who trust EXCLUSIVELY in the merits of Christ and His finished work of redemption enter into God's "eternal sabbath rest". This is a resting of the spirit and a resting in Christ, but it does not do away with a specific day of rest and worship.
I. Don't understand your belief system.

Of all the people who have joined the conversation, I find yours the most confusing.

Mainly because it's not consistent in logic.

Perhaps you could recoil some statements you have made.

1. You believe that the 10 commanments were not nailed upon the croas, yet they were given on Sinai.

2. You believe that the weekly Sabbath should be kept. However you want to move it to Sunday, even though it clearly says the Seventh day in the Bible (if you believe in a weekly Sabbath and not a DAILY one).

3.You believe in God's eternal rest but still hold that a specific day of worship must be observed...(this belief stems from the fact you still are under laws given on Mount Sinai and NOT looking to the laws given by Jesus on the Sermon on the mount.)

In truth, I find it hard to see the difference between you and those who demand folks worship on Sat. The only thing you suffer on is that you want to change it to Sunday.....yet if you stay under the, covenant at Sinai.., you stay in bondage with Hagar.

That will probably make you mad to hear.
.but God wants us to set the captives free.

He is seeking a people who will SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD EVERY DAY. Who will SEEK fellowship with one another every day, who will trust in God to provide food and clothes if we SEEK to do His work instead of our own.

Just an info - Sunday is the 7th day of the week in almost any country except of English speaking ones.

Not that I think its important. I agree that Nehemiah6 beliefs are sometimes quite confusing.

You are not being honest...you are changing GOD's SABBATH DAY to every day...THAT is changing scripture !!!!!!
You don't understand what the Sabbath is about spiritually, that is following the letter of the law and not the Spirit.

It's your choice to place yourself under the Sinai, but don't pretend that you doit to please God.

People chose Sinai because they want God to be distant.

They don't want to SEEK His kingdom every day and that is why they reject His truth.

They would rather follow the ten commandments as given on Mount Sinai than Jesus commandment as explained upon the Sermon on the mount.

It's easier to not outwardly kill someone than to examine one's heart and make sure you forgive everyone every day.

It's easier to focus on God one day a week with rituals and without the distractions of physical labors. Than to do all your work for God and seeing Jesus in all the people you serve every day.

It is easier to focus only on God one day a week Then always trust God to provide and seek first His kingdom instead of trying to make money to feed and clothe yourswlf,

It is quite evident that people chose their own interpretation of Mount Sinai (removing sections and picking only what they feel like keeping, this condemning themselves by changing the laws God gave about animal sacrifice, etc)...instead of letting that law of sin and death be nailed in the cross, they cling to the corpse and make an idol of it.

Jesus established the New Covenant on the Sermon on the mount. He explained the spiritual meaning behind ALL the laws on Mount Sinai.

HE explained the Sabbath is kept in Spirit by SEEKING FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD, which should be done every day.

If you want to reject Jesus commands, it's your choice.

Why do some see a 'discussion as JUDGEMENT when there is disagreement ? or should we only communicate with each other when we agree ? that will not solve anything ! how could anyone be corrected or have an erronious opinion challenged ?
If only between you and God then maybe there should be no talking with each other !
Discussion is fine but people cross the line to judging when they say things like.....if you worship on sunday, you are following a satanic tradition and condemned by God.

That is clearly not in the Bible and people should worship God every day of the week.

Still has not really answer what you do and don't do on the Sabbath that you can't do or don't do every day?

You mentioned work.

However it clearly shows that work was done by Jesus.

The priest profane the Sabbath and are held blameless.

We are God's priest and His holy temple.
If we do all our work to God and not men, then we can keep, the Sabbath laws every day. Not just one day a week.

Maybe the work week.
Not sure what you mean.

Monday - Friday are working days. Saturday-Sunday is weekend.

A week starts with Monday, ends with Sunday.

Almost everywhere :)

That is the ''beauty of the New Covenant''....we can do ''good and essential work on the Sabbath for our and others wellbeing'' !!!
Well praise God that you are at least not legalistic about Sabbath observance.

Even if you don't see the need to incorporate it to your every day life.

I understand, and am agreeing with you :)

To say it is a sin to work on the Sabbath accuses Jesus of sinning, just as the Pharisees did.

I totally agree.

I believe it's a sin to SEEK to do your own thing instead of God's any day of the week...,of we are lead by the Spirit and do God's will,we can continue to work as Jesus did any day of the week.

And the consequences of sin - death - also reigned from that time!

Paul makes it clear that sin was judged apart form the Law (Torah) as well as within the law (Torah).
"12 For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law 13 (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified; 14 for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, 15 who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) 16 in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel."

This passage makes it VERY clear that sin was judged apart from the Law (Torah).

Gen 3:22-23 explains why: "22 Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”—23 therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken."

The reason Adam and his wife were banished from the garden is also explained: "lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”". Since, "23 For the wages of sin is death," Rom 6:23, obviously Adam and his wife needed to banished before they could partake of the Tree of Life.

Also, the law (Torah) was not added to make sin sin, but to make sin exceedingly sinful: "13 Has then what is good become death to me? Certainly not! But sin, that it might appear sin, was producing death in me through what is good, so that sin through the commandment might become exceedingly sinful."

Sin, and the punishment for sin - that is death, preceded the Torah.
The whole bible tells us how God plans to allow us back into His presence and how Jesus restores our right relationship with God.

We can truly say and believe "Death where is your sting."

Jesus preached on the sabbath, but he did not build a house on that day. He knew what day the sabbath was .the disciples preached on sabbath days as well. They did not go out to work with their hands to make a dollar or two. They dared no cook on the sabbath, it was done on the day before ,known as the day of preparation.

Do we have anywhere in the Bible what day Jesus built houses or the disciples worked for a dollar or two?

If we don't have scriptures saying either way, then it's all based upon assumptions.

Here is a mystery that most have not solved. Jesus knew what day was day one to the seventh day. Days did not have names back then, if they did it would have been in the bible. Each day was a day for something. God called them by name when he created the days. The first day, the second day, the third day, the fourth day, the fifth day, the six day, and finally, the seventh day.

If your Mother got sick on the Sabbath and needed a doctor, would you not take her. or would you let her suffer and die. which is better? The sabbath is still the sabbath and will always be. It is the only holy day of the week.,because God blessed it and made it holy. If it was storming and the roof of your house caved in on you, would you fix it, or wait until the next day? which is better to do?
Is God then unable to make every day Holy?

Is God able to make a whole year holy?

After God Lead Israel into the physical promised land, God sanctified an entire year (the Seventh year) to be one of rest for the land and the forgiveness of debts....then the fifth year, the year of Jubilee to freed slaves ...

Both to point to Jesus and His coming. He has set the captives free and proclaimed the year of Jubilee at His first coming. He has shown us the Heavenly promised land: heavenly Jerusalem on Mount Zion.

We are sorjourners in this world making our way home.

In so God has sanctified our bodies to His service EVERY DAY.

God is able to sanctify one day a week, one year in seven..,,he is also able to sanctify every day and has through Christ Jesus.

You can chose Mount Sinai or you can listen to Jesus commandments of the New Covenant in His sermon on the Mount.

You can chose to be a child of Hagar or you can be of the Promised Seed.

Will you follow the letter of the Law or the Spirit?

Why is that a mystery? Its a basic fact. Jesus knew how to count. The days didn't have names just numbers.

When Jesus read from Isaiah about "a year acceptable to the Lord" did you understand that Bible reference?

Is God then unable to make every day Holy?
Yet here we still are 47+ pages latter and you have not provided a single scripture that supports your OP here that says;

"Gods Sabbath should be kept EVERY DAY!"

Where does it say in God's WORD that God has now made every day HOLY?

Only God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it.

You seem to think that it is what COUNTRIES set for themselves that matters...not what GOD says.
Obviously in Europe (where I grew up) sunday is called the lords day...by their own interpretation...it's certainly not from the word of GOD !

But he did not make every day holy Ariel, He only made one, and that day is still holy. No man can ever change that, no mater how hard they try.
