The Narrow Way is only a problem to those who desire something other than the Will of God and the crucified life that the Cross will surely bring!! On her first day, four U.S. Marshals escorted Ruby and her mother to William Frantz Elementary School when local officials refused to protect her. For the entire school year only one teacher, Barbara Henry, agreed to teach Ruby, and a classroom by herself due to the withdrawal of students by their parents from her class. For over a year, Henry taught Ruby alone. Her father was fired from his job and her grandparents thrown off the farm they rented. Is there anything too hard for God? Is there anything beyond the reach of His magnificent arm or the influence of His miraculous power? Is there an enemy that can stand before Him, reduce Him to the state of being incapacitated, or take away from Him that which He claims as His own? What financial catastrophe can overcome the One who owns the cattle on a thousand hills and lives in a city whose streets are paved with gold? What evil can reach out and eliminate the love of God extended towards those who have chosen His Christ? No demonic power can destroy Him. The devil is not His adversary! God is too great, too magnificent, too all-powerful to have an adversary. No one is His equal! No one can successfully stand in His way. No one can stop Him from accomplishing whatever it is He desires to accomplish. If an enemy raises an army against you, God can send a single angel to annihilate that meaningless effort. If you require something that you do not have, God can use someone to send it your way or He will create whatever you need and drop it on your doorstep. If God be for us, who dare stand against us?

Hebrews 2:16

Hebrews 2:16

LET’S TALK ABOUT RIGHTEOUSNESS (Nov 22, 2020)
When we know that ANY and ALL RIGHTEOUSNESS comes through faith in the Cross of Christ, the entirety of God’s Word changes its picture and meaning in the heart of man!
All of God’s Words are In RIGHTEOUSNESS (Proverbs 8:8) and His RIGHTEOUSNESS is only revealed in the Gospel (Romans 1:16-17).
God establishes the hearts of His people WITH Grace but IN RIGHTEOUSNESS
Hebrews 13:9
Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

God never closes one door, unless He plans on opening another. I have never known God to allow a dream to die without granting a brand-new vision to take its place. We as God’s people move from one event to another; from one position of ministry to another. God sees what we have never even dreamed as a possibility. There have been many times that I have felt disappointment due to change, but it has always been temporary. God had plans that I could not see, that I did not understand, that I could not comprehend. I had to release the old in order to embrace the new. When God takes something away do not grieve unnecessarily. Don't allow anger and confusion to dominate your soul. God knows best how to add to our life the things that we desire and require. He alone knows how to surgically remove us from situations that would prove detrimental to the new path that He is opening up. He knows that we need to be separated from what we were once a part of, so that we might be ready for the miracle about to blossom before us. You won't be disappointed when you encounter the new adventure that God has prepared specifically for you. Believe God!
Mark 2:22 - And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles, and the wine is spilled, and the bottles will be marred: but new wine must be put into new bottles.

Jesus, God the Son, became a man for the human race that He might become a merciful and faithful High Priest in ALL things pertaining to God through His work at Calvary. Unlike the High Priest of the Old Covenant who offered the blood of animals, He offered His own blood through humility and obedience unto the death on the Cross. God was never pleased with the blood of animals (Hebrews 10:6), but was always pleased with the faith in what they represented, which was His soon coming Son and Redeemer.
Reconciliation to God for the remission of sins only takes place through one avenue, and that being the Cross of Jesus Christ. Whether it is the first time we came to Christ or it is the 1000th time we come to Christ. It is only His blood, and faith in His blood that allows repentance and refreshing to come into the heart of the Believer. This is the main thing that makes Him our Great High Priest, but don’t forget that He is our Great High Priest in ALL things, therefore there is no other way to God for ANYTHING other than through faith in Jesus and His atoning blood. When there is a mixture of faith, God sees that as double minded and says we can’t expect to receive anything of the Lord (James 1:5-8). Cling to that nail scarred hand and turn away from all other distractor’s.

James 1:20
For the wrath of man worketh not the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God.
Anger that leads us as God’s people to wrath will surely throw us right into the sinking boat of whatever it is we are angry about. This is how deception works. We think we are doing the right thing but most of the time we are using carnal weapons instead of the weapons of RIGHTEOUSNESS we have been given of the Lord. This is what I see many times on social media by those who are claiming they got thrown in facebook jail or banned from facebook, but it actually is never because of them preaching the gospel.
Romans 6:13
Neither yield ye your members as instruments/WEAPONS of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments/WEAPONS of RIGHTEOUSNESS unto God.
God is looking for RIGHTEOUSNESS in the earth today among His people, and it will not be seen through the wrath of man. Reminds me of all the political things that are going on today and all the name calling, and hateful remarks taking place even among those who claim to be after the right things.
Christ and His WORK OF RIGHTEOUSNESS is the only Way of Good in God’s eyes, for it is the only way of RIGHTEOUSNESS!
James 3:18
And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
If what we are sowing is not being sown in peace through faith in the only avenue of peace (THE CROSS), it is because our fruit is not the fruit of RIGHTEOUSNESS, for it is the only fruit that can be sown in peace!

Weariness and exhaustion can dominate the heart and mind of a believer who fails to surrender the issues of each day into the care of the Lord. From our teenage years forward we are trained to become independent individuals. This pattern for life is the exact opposite of the pattern needed for our relationship with the Lord. As we grow and mature in God we must become ever-increasingly dependent upon Him. As our responsibilities in life increase, the ability to surrender the oversight and control of every aspect of our lives must increase as well. If we fail to walk this way, the result will be that we take all responsibility for the weight, the concern, and the burden that accompanies every area of our existence. This choice will result in a pressure upon the heart and mind that is too heavy for us to bear successfully. The Lord has all the strength we need for every circumstance. But His strength to accomplish, to save, to deliver, or to heal will not be released into a situation until we willingly, by faith, place it into His capable hands. So take that burden and cast it far from you. Place it into the never-failing hands of Christ. Let go and let God!

Bread Crumbs “Contend for the Truth” November 25
Contending for the truth is always difficult. There are so many compromising lifestyles in the Church of Jesus Christ today that it is difficult to discern the difference between this post-modern Church and the people of the world. Our role in the society in which we live is to stand out as something "other," something "opposite," something “contrary” to the norms of those that live life without Christ. Our standards are to be those of holiness and righteousness. We are to adhere to the scriptures, the Holy Bible, as the proper guide for life and living. We do not believe that man is intrinsically, honest, good, or pure. We do not believe that even the Born-again Spirit-filled individual has the capacity to live right outside of receiving constant help from the Holy Spirit. We must understand that what we place our faith in determines the amount of aid we receive from the Holy Spirit. While most are looking to religious methods and man-made processes for strength, we are to make Christ and Him Crucified the consistent object of our faith. As someone has once stated, if you refuse to stand strong for the right thing you will be sure to fall for almost everything. Look to Christ and contend for the Faith!
Jude 1:3 - Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
To consider is to perceive, to mark, to behold The Apostle and High Priest of our profession, who is Christ Jesus! This is, or should be the focus of every Christian, everyday of their lives (Luke 1:74-75), for from Him and through Him comes everything that God desires to give us or to bring us through. We are called a Holy Family here and in 1 Peter 2:9, because we belong to a Holy God through faith in Jesus Christ!
Our faithful Lord is interested in every detail of our lives, because He loves us, and we are partakers of God’s heavenly calling. It is God’s calling from heaven, and should be FAR more important than anything men attempt to call us into. When we are walking in that which God has called us to it will glorify Him and not ourselves, for it is the name of Jesus that is exalted above all names, and will be through our lives and mission when we are experiencing what it means to partake of His heavenly calling! In all things consider Him!

Bread Crumbs “Sin’s Provision” November 26
It saddens me to say that many in the Church have developed the theology that God takes a mild view of sin. Just because God is merciful, just because God is kind, just because God is long-suffering, does not mean He is approving of wrongdoing. Let me be very clear! God never condones sin! On the other hand, we find the truth that God has placed at our disposal victory over the penalty of sin and the power of sin. He loved us so much and despised the ravages of sin to such a degree, that He sacrificed His only begotten Son to supply this victory. This was an enormous price to pay. It was the only price acceptable that allowed God to legally defeat the problem of sin. Therefore, every single believer has a responsibility to depart from all manner of iniquity. The power of sin over the believer has been broken by Calvary. And, we have an unfluctuating obligation to access the availability of God’s overcoming power by faith. The Holy Spirit will always work on our behalf against sin when our faith is placed in Christ and Him Crucified. God will not make an exception to your sin, but God has made provision for our victory over sin.
Isaiah 53:6 - All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Hebrews 3:2
Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.
Here the writer of Hebrews will bring Moses into remembrance, but only to show the supremacy of Christ being FAR more than Moses. This is ultimately one of the main, if not the main purposes of this book in our Bible. Christ is FAR more than angels or any others that God had ever used previously to point to the Redeemer that would come and Redeem humanity! Everything written in the Scriptures pointed to Jesus Christ (Psalm 40:7, Luke 24:44-46, John 5:38-39, Hebrews 10:7). He is our Genesis and our Revelation, and if God is doing anything in our lives, it is through Him, or it is not God (John 15:5).
The meeting place God initially and daily meets with man is through faith in the Cross of Jesus Christ. I realize most of the Church does not think so, and believes we must move on from the Cross, but when we do, we move on without the Grace of God (Galatians 1:6, 5:1-4), and that is where we are forced to call things God that are surely not God. If it is not God’s Grace which requires faith in the Cross, it is not God. God’s Grace is God at work in our lives when He finds the measure of faith we obtained through the Righteous work of Christ at Calvary (Romans 12:3, 2 Peter 1:1). God only works IN Truth (Psalm 33:4). Don’t be scared of it, for it is the Word of the Lord. Trust in Christ and His Sacrificial work at Calvary, for there is the Truth of God’s Word discovered and walked in!

Hebrews 3:2
