Hi all...I wish I had thanked PWJ before he got banned, because it was through his misleading posts that I drew nearer to God ...
I felt so condemned by some of his post that they really shook me up, he sounded as if he had it all together , I know that for those of you who are more knowledgeable in the word, more mature, this is not the case for me, but through his post it drew me more to seek God on the things he was saying about being sinless...
Genesis 50:20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives...I searched and searched some more into the Scriptures and have no doubt that on this side of the world, we will never be sinless but will sin-less...It can be very scary when young in the LORD and you read post from people who can write and twist Scripture and keep such a gentleness about them, it just made me realise how much more I need to be in the word so I know what to say should anyone ever come up against me who speaks off sinless perfection...
Anyway I am not here to type bad things about him because he can not defend himself, I just wished I had thanked him for teaching me a valuable lesson, keep Gods word over mans word when in doubt...xox...

You did good, in identifying a wolf's false teaching, and trusting instead what you knew to be TRUE. Know there will be others in your life. I had a very wise elderly Pastor warn me once, "If you do not run head on into the Devil once in awhile in your Christian walk, you had better look around and make sure you are not going the same direction the Devil is going."
I know those like PJW was, are the Most Dangerous of those who peddle a false gospel and other false doctrines.
Like I heard Dave Hunt (Author of "The Seduction of Christianity"), say one time on a video, "If a Witch Doctor came in this Church in his war paint and feathers and tried to take over he Pulpit, two of you men would grab him by each arm and THROW HIM OUT THE FRONT DOOR. But what I fear, is if the same man came in here in a suite and tie, toting a Bible, you all would listen to him all day long."
Here is how Jesus put it:
Matthew 7:15-18 (NKJV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
[SUP]16 [/SUP] You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorn bushes or figs from thistles?
[SUP]17 [/SUP] Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
[SUP]18 [/SUP] A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
That expression, in sheep's clothing, meant something at the time of Christ that many do not understand fully. A shepherd at the time of Christ would always wear clothing make from the wool of his own sheep. But it is symbolically a reference to a teacher of the Word of God. Remember HE told Peter three times to FEED MY SHEEP, (TEACH THEM MY WORD). So a False Prophet in sheep's clothing; is one who disguises himself as a Teacher of GOD's Word, but really is peddling false doctrines and a false gospel; and most likely is even deceived himself, thinking he is teaching the Truth. Yes outwardly they look like a Teacher of GOD's Word, but inwardly they are deceivers who have been deceived by someone else.
2 Timothy 3:13-15 (HCSB)
[SUP]13 [/SUP] Evil people and impostors will become worse, deceiving and being deceived.
[SUP]14 [/SUP] But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believed. You know those who taught you,
[SUP]15 [/SUP] and you know that from childhood you have known the sacred Scriptures, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
Here is how I was able to identify PJW as a one of the deceivers who had been deceived. As Jesus put it, I Examined his fruit, knowing that no good tree produces any BAD FRUIT. Bad Fruit is not a one time sin, or a single misunderstanding of Bible interpretation, nor is it a minor disagreement of interpretation such as causes the separations in Denominations. FRUIT is an ongoing Lifestyle of producing either GOOD or BAD FRUIT. So you have to watch them for awhile until you can clearly see and distinguish a lifestyle pattern. With PJW, I noticed two distinguishing characteristics. First, I saw a lifestyle of causing strife and dissensions; and Second, he frequently used Christian terminology, but was meaning something totally different than mainline Christianity means by the same term. Here is the List of Bad Fruit and Good Fruit:
Galatians 5:17-26 (HCSB)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] For the flesh desires what is against the Spirit, and the Spirit desires what is against the flesh; these are opposed to each other, so that you don’t do what you want.
[SUP]18 [/SUP] But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
[SUP]19 [/SUP] Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, moral impurity, promiscuity,
[SUP]20 [/SUP] idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambitions, dissensions, factions,
[SUP]21 [/SUP] envy, drunkenness, carousing, and anything similar. I tell you about these things in advance—as I told you before—that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
[SUP]22 [/SUP] Butthe fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,
[SUP]23 [/SUP] gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law.
[SUP]24 [/SUP] Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
[SUP]25 [/SUP] Since we live by the Spirit, we must also follow the Spirit.
[SUP]26 [/SUP] We must not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
When the Characteristic Pattern of his posts became clearly the words I changed to Red above, I was pretty sure we were dealing with a wolf in sheep's clothing. So I started pressing him for Definitions of common Christian terms, most of which he just ignored, but even when I asked him to define Born Again, his answer said NOTHING about the human spirit being birthed into eternal life by the Holy Spirit, instead it was about his body was reborn sinless. In fact he failed to seem to understand that there is a difference between the Christian's spirit, and the Christian's mortal body.
So yes, I too think we all learned from contesting for the FAITH, with one like PJW. At the very least he tested our patience, and we are the better for it.
2 Peter 1:5-8 (ASV)
[SUP]5 [/SUP] Yea, and for this very cause adding on your part all diligence, in your faith supply virtue; and in your virtue knowledge;
[SUP]6 [/SUP] and in your knowledge self-control; and in your self-control patience; and in your patience godliness;
[SUP]7 [/SUP] and in your godliness brotherly kindness; and in your brotherly kindness love.
[SUP]8 [/SUP] For if these things are yours and abound, they make you to be not idle nor unfruitful unto the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 14:12 (NIV)
[SUP]12 [/SUP] This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus.
