Abraham was saved in gen 15. The action James spoke of was in Gen 22. Decades after abraham was saved.

something is wrong with your interpretation of what James said

But it wasn't a judgement position by me but rather wondering if somehow I mentioned something that you believed I was saying towards you. But I assure my posts were solely based upon what we can plainly read in the Bible (y)

satan comes as an angel of light.

don't think Jesus because you hear a voice telling you that this person is truly saved, it comes from God

If you did not know king david, and learned of him during his sin with bathsheba and her husband,

By your own defenition, you would think he was not a man after Gods own heart.

do not judge people you can not know.. and the HS is not going to come and tell you this person is saved and this person is not. He has more important things to do

James is refuting licentiousness. of people who claim to have faith but has zxero works.

can that faith save them?

No.

Abraham proved his faith.. As did peter. the people James called out have not. they showed their faith was dead.

no faith no salvation

thats funny, Jesus did not. He told his disciples not to try to be noticed. and he called out the religious pharisees who did everything they can to make themselves noticed.

Gods children to things out of love, not expecting anything in return.
