2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2 Timothy 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Hebrews 3:7 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
Hebrews 3:8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
Hebrews 3:9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
Hebrews 3:10 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
Hebrews 3:11 So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
Hebrews 3:12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
Hebrews 3:13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
Hebrews 3:14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
Hebrews 3:15 While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
Hebrews 3:16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
Hebrews 3:17 But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
Hebrews 3:18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
Hebrews 3:19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
Hebrews 4:1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
Hebrews 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
Hebrews 4:3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Hebrews 4:4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
Hebrews 4:5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
Hebrews 4:6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
Hebrews 4:7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
Hebrews 4:8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
Hebrews 4:9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
Hebrews 4:10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
Hebrews 4:11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
and today 2012 people who call themselves servants do not keep the sabbath day, they keep the 1st day of the week

so are the Christians of today labouring to enter into the 1000 year rest of Jesus?

:(

NO!

God's Holy Days besides having a significance that is applicable to the here and now, also point to a future event which is part of God's plan of salvation for man.

If you question someone about God's Sabbath and as to why, he or she attends church you are subject to get a variety of responses.

Some of which would coincide with the following. Most attend church because they have been taught this is a requirement in serving the Lord.

Some come for the spiritual uplifting, they may receive from the hearing of the word. Others come for the social attraction.

And many simply go because they were raised to attend church services and they have just continued in that tradition.

The majority of people acknowledge the fact that God instructed man to hold a holy convocation at least one day a week. The question seems to be, is as to what day of the week this day of worship is to occur.

The majority of society recognizes Sunday the 1st day of the week, as the day of worship.

People participate in this practice despite being instructed by the scriptures, that God selected and named the 7th day of the week as His Sabbath.

GOD'S 7TH DAY SABBATH (Leviticus 23:3) Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwelling.

Whether it’s due to lack of knowledge or understanding the majority of people worship on the day opposite the one, which God commanded them to. God's Sabbath is the 7th day of the week the day we refer to as Saturday.

And by adopting this practice the Christian Community demonstrates that it lacks understanding when it comes to God's Sabbath and what it signifies.

Moses tells you that the Sabbath shall be a sign. (Exodus 31:16)

Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. (Exodus 31:17)

It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

WHY OBSERVE GOD'S SABBATH?
Now sign in the Hebrew means signal or evidence and the question one should have is what does the Lord's 7th Day Sabbath signify?

The answer is that by obeying God's commandment and attending a holy convocation or gathering on the 7th day, one signifies that they believe in the Lord's Sabbath, or his day of rest. God created the Sabbath to benefit man now as well as in the time to come.

Sabbath means rest and it points to a time when Jesus will give the whole world rest. Observing the Sabbath shows that you are a believer, desiring to enter into God's day of rest. And while it is good, to be able to get refreshed, just from the toil and grid, of everyday life, by participating in God's weekly Sabbath, one's efforts should be about entering into God's day of rest.

God's day of rest will be a thousand years for as Peter tells you in

(II Peter 3:8) But,
beloved be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Take note of the fact that Jesus spoke of providing rest, but we will see that this rest is still yet to come.

and this is the 1000 year rest the seventh day or 7000 year rule when the Lord ocmes

this is what we labour to get into
Ozell, please consider and think on this. The 7th millennium begins the day after the 6th has ended, that would be the morning of the first day of the year 6000. This will be the first day of the first year of the millennium.
year one through 1000, the first
first day of 1000 through 2000, the second, etc.

HOW TO ENTER INTO THIS DAY OF REST
Times New Roman,Times New Roman One cannot enter into this day of rest until they have ceased from their works and what does ones works consist of, obeying the commandments of God.
and just as the unbelieving jews of old, you will have no rest, you continue to WORK. you have not entered into His rest, the TRUE SABBATH REST HE OFFERED 2000 YEARS AGO.

neither the SDA jews, who have a veil over their hearts - either because in their ignorance they continue to labor in works of the law (which will DAMN them!), driven by cruel teachers, taught to establish their own righteousness - or worse, if they are higher initiates, they have no rest for they are wicked enemies of the Cross of Christ.

WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISM - CULT WARNING - JESUS CHRIST IS OUR REST - HE HAS ACCOMPLISHED ALL THINGS - THEY DENY HIS FINISHED WORK.

Hebrews 4 1 We may fear, then, lest a promise being left of entering into His rest, any one of you may seem to have come short, 2 for we also are having good news proclaimed, even as they, but the word heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard,

3 for we do enter into the rest -- we who did believe, as He said, 'So I sware in My anger, If they shall enter into My rest -- ;' and yet the works were done from the foundation of the world,

4 for He spake in a certain place concerning the seventh day thus: 'And God did rest in the seventh day from all His works;' 5 and in this place again, 'If they shall enter into My rest -- ;' 6 since then, it remaineth for certain to enter into it, and those who did first hear good news entered not in because of unbelief --

7 again He doth limit a certain day, 'To-day,' (in David saying, after so long a time,) as it hath been said, 'To-day, if His voice ye may hear, ye may not harden your hearts,'

8 for if Joshua had given them rest, He would not concerning another day have spoken after these things; 9 there doth remain, then, a sabbatic rest to the people of God, 10 for he who did enter into his rest, he also rested from his works, as God from His own. 11 May we be diligent, then, to enter into that rest, that no one in the same example of the unbelief may fall, 12 for the reckoning of God is living, and working, and sharp above every two-edged sword, and piercing unto the dividing asunder both of soul and spirit, of joints also and marrow, and a discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart; 13 and there is not a created thing not manifest before Him, but all things are naked and open to His eyes -- with whom is our reckoning.

14 Having, then, a great chief priest passed through the heavens -- Jesus the Son of God -- may we hold fast the profession, 15 for we have not a chief priest unable to sympathise with our infirmities, but one tempted in all things in like manner -- apart from sin; 16 we may come near, then, with freedom, to the throne of the grace, that we may receive kindness, and find grace -- for seasonable help.

Matthew 11 25 At that time Jesus answering said, 'I do confess to Thee, Father, Lord of the heavens and of the earth, that thou didst hide these things from wise and understanding ones, and didst reveal them to babes. 26 Yes, Father, because so it was good pleasure before Thee. 27 All things were delivered to me by my Father, and none doth know the Son, except the Father, nor doth any know the Father, except the Son, and he to whom the Son may wish to reveal Him.

28 'Come unto me, all ye labouring and burdened ones, and I will give you rest, 29 take up my yoke upon you, and learn from me, because I am meek and humble in heart, and ye shall find rest to your souls, 30 for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.'

simple and amazing and this is My God! thank YOU JESUS.
Amen

All ye that labour and are heavy laden - The Saviour here, perhaps, refers primarily to the Jews, who groaned under the weight of their ceremonial laws and the traditions of the elders, Acts 15:10. He tells them that by coming to him, and embracing the new system of religion, they would be freed from these burdensome rites and ceremonies. There can be no doubt, however, that he meant here chiefly to address the poor, lost, ruined sinner: the man "burdened" with a consciousness of his transgressions, trembling at his danger, and seeking deliverance. For such there is relief. Christ tells them to come to him, to believe in him, and to trust him, and him only, for salvation. Doing this, he will give them rest - rest from their sins, from the alarms of conscience, from the terrors of the law, and from the fears of eternal death.

this matter was FOREVER settled, yet these deceivers would DEFY what its says:

Acts 15 5 and there rose up certain of those of the sect of the Pharisees who believed, saying -- 'It behoveth to circumcise them, to command them also to keep the law of Moses.'

6 And there were gathered together the apostles and the elders, to see about this matter, 7 and there having been much disputing, Peter having risen up said unto them, 'Men, brethren, ye know that from former days, God among us did make choice, through my mouth, for the nations to hear the word of the good news, and to believe; 8 and the heart-knowing God did bare them testimony, having given to them the Holy Spirit, even as also to us, 9 and did put no difference also between us and them, by the faith having purified their hearts; 10 now, therefore, why do ye tempt God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? 11 but, through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, we believe to be saved, even as also they.'

TAKE HEED SDA and ALL LAWYERS AND SCRIBES!

Everyone who claims to believe Yeshua observes "a" sabbath. The Sabbath is made for man, not the other way around. It is made for man to have rest with Yahweh from his daily (work day) labors, a gift of rest and divine company.
Out of one side of the mouth people say, "You are forcing people to obey the Law of Moses." The laws of Moses are NOT the Ten Commandments they are laws for how to conduct oneself, primarily in the promised land.
Those same people out of the other side of the mouth say, "Observe the Sabbath on Sunday"
The latter seem to observe whatever they please.
There is harm in teaching not to obey the Ten Commandments, great harm.
Anyone who has a problem with this has a problem indeed, for they believe the seventh day is only for Yahweh and the Jews, while they have perverted it to the first labor day of the week for themselves and those under their thumb . This is a perversion of the Love of Yahweh. Do these people have a god who is forgetful, or worse yet, who lies?

Anyone who follows you must believe it is fine to tell untruths about others, that it is fine to throw slurs, to accuse without looking at facts, that the Jews were not the chosen people, that God is not triune but only Christ is God, that God taught the Jews they could earn salvation through works, lots of strange theology. You seem to be stuck on a bias against Jews. Satan wants us to do this, God warns us against it.

you error

Jesus has not entered into his rest 6000 years ago nor 2000 years ago.

it was 2000 years ago when the Lord said

John 5:17
But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.

the commsndments are not the laws of Moses

proof
Exodus 20

1 And God spake all these words, saying,
2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy

how can the commandments be the laws of Moses if God gave them to Moses?

all denomination are cults they are not bible based and they are not taught by who God gave his answers to

Romans 3:1-3

3 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?

2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?

God gave is answers to Israel, He did not give his answers to the Europeans, Africans or Asians, he did not give his answers to the RCC , the Orthodox church or the Protestant Church.

Israel has the answers, no one else

Paul tells us this and this is not hard to understand

question is do you beleive it!

Romans 9

1 I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,

2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.

3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:

4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;

the answer is NO!

Jesus gave israel everything pertaining to him.

Genesis 2

1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made

did Jesus really rest?

is the creation ended?

Exodus 20:9
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it

lets look and see if the creation is finished

2 Peter 3:8
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

God gave man 6000 years or 6 days to work and the 7th day man and God will rest we have not come into the 7th day or the 7000th year so we must work and God and Jesus must work

Daniel told us that the people will try and think to change God's time and laws

Daniel 7:25
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

here is one reason the Lord said remember the sabbath day

the people have forgotten the truth
