I will speak for myself and not everyone who is posting on this forum. If you are using a bible the than the King James Bible or trying to glean knowledge from the Greek or Hebrew manuscripts that you will go to hell or you salvation is at stake. God is judge and not me. I only assert that the King James Bible is special and is the perfect word of God preserved for us in the English language. I do not speak about any other languages that the Bible is translated in. The King James Bible is an amazing book and I have created this thread to show exactly that!

There you go. You trusted that Scripture was right about the Savior. We are to test things with Scripture.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

when i read "
worship the LORD your God and Him only" i read it with the understanding that God gave this command in Hebrew, and that what i am reading is a translation of that original word from His mouth, spoken to Moses.

i understand that the LORD Himself divided the tongues of men at Babel. i understand that human languages convey ideas and meaning, and that the meaning and idea being communicated is the same in Hebrew, in Latin, in German, both high and latter, in Spanish, both Castillian and modern, in Mandarin as well as in other Chinese dialects, and in English in any of its historical nuanced forms.

when you read it, you read it with the thought that Babel was undone in 1611, and that what God literally said to Moses hearing was imperfect, having finally found its completion thousands of years later in 'the most excellent form of speech language has ever attained, the speech of a late 16th century king from the British Isles'

is that accurate?

I use a dictionary when studying the word of truth. It's call the KJV and it's built in dictionary using the context of the first mention principle.
You learned that nonsense from Gail Riplinger, whom you follow.

And there are some...I learn from.
Of course you do, and they all have led you astray. You're a woman and a man follower and they've poisoned your well. May God deliver you from the snare you are in...

I am afraid you failed. Most of use do not see any logical connections in your numbers play or what is the use of it.

It would be good if you have some insight of the text itself to share. You could help John465 to defend the KJV a little, instead of playing with search engine counts and inventing what the result can mean.

For the English language? Absolutely!
So, from this, I conclude that you believe it is legitimate for translators to add words to the translation that are not found in the source-language material, and that such words become "Scripture" in the destination language. Is this what you believe?

Posthuman, you forgot about the definite article "the"

1. Exodus 12:11 "LORD's passover"
2. Exodus 12:27 "LORD's passover"
3. Leviticus 23:5 "LORD's passover"
4. 2 Kings 23:22 "a passover"
5. 2 Kings 23:23 "this passover"
6. 2 Chronicles 30:17 "passovers"
7. 2 Chronicles 35:9 "for passover"
8. 2 Chronicles 35:18 "no passover" and "a passover"
9. 2 Chronicles 35:19 "this passover"

46 - 9 = 37

So the phrase "the passover" is found 37 in verses in the Old Testament

6453 [e]
hap-pe-saḥ
הַפֶּ֖סַח
the Passover
Noun

hap·pā·saḥ — 10 Occ.
hap·pe·saḥ — 19 Occ.

29 instances where the Hebrew is actually 'the Pesah'
KJV therefore changes the combinatorics of the scripture as it was given by the Spirit in the language in which the Spirit gave it to be transcribed.

only 1 Pesah is critically important for us.

1 = 37 + 2*7/14 - 37

Yes, there are many examples where language translations have occurred in the "originals."

I was meaning the actual word translate.

actual word translate is in Ezra 4.

it's actually being used to describe text converted from one language to another. so, actually relevant to the discussion.

but if we agree to go on with the principle you were suggesting we establish, that 'translated versions are always better than the originals' -- well, we've got 400 years of improvement on the old kjv.

what's the most recent translation of scripture into any language? it should be super-duper-perfect by now!

The bolded sentence is a bit oblique due to spelling/keying errors. Could you please re-type it so we know exactly what you're stating?

What did people do before 1611? Is everyone who died before then in hell?

God is judge and not me.
And yet you just judged everyone who does not use the KJV as going to hell...

I only assert that the King James Bible is special and is the perfect word of God preserved for us in the English language.
You have been asserting that since you started this thread. You were wrong then, and you're wrong now.

The KJV is a decent translation. It has flaws, as every translation does.

Thank you for posting this, and making clear your cultic position. This is what will send you to hell! Believing a translation from corrupted manuscripts saves, rather than Jesus. Exalting a Bible version, not Jesus. Of course, perhaps God will forgive you, because of your obvious mental illness coming from something to do with living on the 37th parallel? I confess, that is the first time I have heard that geography determines salvation, not God. And I have an undergrad degree in physical geography.

Again, I challenge you to make all these calculations of 37, or whatever other numéro-du-jour you are obsessing over. Patterns are simply a sign of YOUR mental illness, nothing to do with proving a Bible translation to be perfect. Again, I do urge you to see a doctor, and explain to the doctor what you have been ranting about here, for over 50 pages. There are medical interventions that can help this kind of serious OCD and/or Axis 1 mental illness. How sad someone with the same OCD manifestations as you, set up a website, so you can feed into it, fanning the flames of your illness. Again, if you figured these things out yourself, it might be one thing, but you are basically putting that website up there with your exalted Bible translation. That is more than delusional. It is deceived!

I will say that at least John146 admits that it is Jesus that saves. Not a version, for all that he is convinced that the KJV is a "pure" words of God.

Um, nope. But you will stand and give an account of your words above.

God is judge and not me.
Wait? What!? Too late pal, way too late.

It is sad to behold how hoodwinked you are. May God deliver you from this snare.

I have been privy to some nut jobs out there that preach if you were "saved" under the preaching of any bible than the KJV, you're not saved.

Had a deacon nut job one time get in my pulpit when I was on vacation say to the people "I don't care what brother ___ says, if you use any other book than the KJV you're going to hell!!!!" A good deacon made me aware of his words.

Of course no one told me when we took the church there were KJVO nut jobs there. They are heretical, divisive, deceived.

I was just stating that the biblical principle of translating is what has been translated is better than the original.
none of the scripture you cited has anything to do with the conversion of speech or text from one human language to another.

in heaven, when we ourselves are finally translated, will we speak English? 'the queen's speeche?'
will 'speaking' be anything like what we understand it to be now, living in our flesh?
when Adam & God walked in the cool of the day together through the garden, what language was it they used?

what do you honestly believe?

who is this teacher, seems like a fun guy hahahaha

Stephen Chronister, from Cliffside Chapel in Alaska.

what's funny is i found him by typing "quantum physics" into the search engine at sermonaudio.com

which makes me weird previous to, not as a result of, listening to him - an important distinction if you start getting into his lectures.

i missed the part where any meaning was ever given for these questionable combinatorial results.
as far as i have been able to tell, we were just supposed to see the number 7 and go "
wow!" -- then start downloading software from unverified sources & following certain youtube channels.
