you do know that there is no "J" sound in Hebrew?

that's a product of German translation of scripture, where the Latin alphabet "J" is phonetically pronounced like "Y"

((think "Johann" -- that's pronounced "Yohan", as in Sebastian Bach))

then European English-speakers, not knowing German, took that & started mispronouncing it.

It seems I need to point out where Jehovah came from. The transliteration from Hebrew to English of God's name is YHWH. I had Latin in HS. The problem was brought about by the Latin Vulgate translation. In Latin there is no Y or W. In Latin a J is pronounced like a Y. The V is pronounced like a W. So in Latin YHWH became JHVH and adding vowels it became JeHoVaH. But we do not pronounce it like the Latin language does. The translation from the Latin Vulgate created this issue and translating from the Hebrew and Greek the decision was made to keep Jehovah. There are translations that don't follow this. Especially the ones aimed at Jews. They use the original names for the books of the Bible along with names of people and places. I have one of those and it's confusing to look something up. The order and names of the books are different.

He connects the dots.

Yes as a demonstration of a work that had been finished from the foundation of the world.. God remains without form, without mother of father, beginning of Spirit life or end thereof..

He came without form and left the same way. The Spirit of Christ as God dwelt in the Son of man .

The work of faith the pouring out of his Spirit was not of the flesh . The Son of man replied His flesh profits for nothing.
When approached as good Master (Rabbi) because God refuses to be worshiped by that seen he said only God is good.

The Son of man as the first born of the Spirit like us had the power of God in him but would never attribute the work to these earthen sinful bodies of death... the corruptible.

2Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

The one time demonstration of a finished work not seen will not occur again .The veil remains rent. We walk by faith. Not by that in which the eyes see ,walking by sight.
It is amazing on a supposedly Christian site the ignorance of the Bible in many posts. The Bible plainly states that God and Jesus are one and the same with Jesus having been born of a woman. Therefore had a human body. John 1 makes it clear that God is Jesus.

John 1

John 1New International Version (NIV)

The Word Became Flesh
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

6 There was a man sent from God whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. 8 He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.

9 The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

15 (John testified concerning him. He cried out, saying, “This is the one I spoke about when I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’”) 16 Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

How can this be made any plainer?

Try looking at some other translations, instead of just the one that confirms your position...

ESV
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.

HCSB
“Listen, Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is One.

KJV
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:

NASB
“Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one!

NIV
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.

NKJV
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!

NLT
“Listen, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord alone.

NRSV
Hear, O Israel: The Lord is our God, the Lord alone.

OJB
Shema Yisroel Adonoi Eloheinu Adonoi Echad.
Explain away John 1 defining God and Jesus are one and the same. Then John 4 thru 6 demonstrating God and the Spirit are one and the same. Your theology doesn't line up with the Bible. God is one but has three forms. I really can't understand it but the Bible states it as fact.

The TWO THOUSAND YEAR Slander!

The 'Holy' Trinity, the Triune 'Godhead', God-the-Father, God-the-Son, God-the- Holy Ghost, a 'Three-in-One' God!
For TWO THOUSAND YEARS this flimsily disguised Polytheism has been taught and programmed into our minds by CHURCHianity
Is it TRUE?
No. But they twist and mis-translate enough scriptures to fool the masses.
Originally, the Roman Universal ('Catholic') church tortured and killed those refusing to accept this Fabricated Trio.

However, the matter really CAN be easily cleared up WITH NO DOUBT by simply taking a closer look at the Bible, while setting Church Dogma aside!
If you WANT truth- pray for Understanding as you read these inspired words of our maker!
All scriptures giving insight as to who God and Christ are, and what the holy spirit is- from the very START of
the Bible (Genesis)- in ORDER- to the very END of it (Revelation).

We first start with the very first reference to the holy spirit:

Gen 1:2- And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the spirit of God
moved upon the face of the waters.

Nothing to indicate a Ghost-God..."spirit' is the translation of the Hebrew word for "breath, wind"- an unseen force.
That Spirit is eternal Hebrews 9:14 "how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God."

What do you know the Bible has all three involved in our salvation, as it does in I Peter 1:2
"according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in the sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and for sprinkling with his blood:"

What do you know the Bible has all three involved in our salvation and Hebrews 3:7-11 is quoting Psalm 95:7d-11 and verse 6-7a-c tell us who they are worshipping and who it is that is speaking in verses 7d-11

“Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you will hear His voice,8 do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of trial in the wilderness,9 where your fathers tested Me, tried Me, and saw My works forty years.10 Therefore I was angry with that generation, and said, ‘They always go astray in
their heart, and they have not known My ways.’11 So I swore in My wrath, ‘they shall not enter My rest.’”

The writer of Hebrews reveals that the Holy Spirit is the one who spoke these words and they are from, Psalm 95:7d-11 we need to read 6-7a-c to know who they are worshiping and who speaks to them.

“Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.7 For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice:8 “Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, as in the day of trial in the wilderness,9 when your fathers tested Me; they tried Me, though they saw My work.10 For forty years I was grieved with that generation, and said, ‘It is a people who go astray in their hearts, and they do not know My ways.’11 So I swore in My wrath, ‘they shall not enter My rest.’”

The Bible says the Holy Spirit is the Lord our Maker. For He is our God and the writer of Hebrews inspired by the Spirit reveals that they are worshipping the Holy Spirit as their Maker, Gor and Lord.

The Bible teaches that the Godhead are three and Godhead is in the bible Romans 1:20 “For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,”

My brother whoever taught you these things does not know the Bible and all it says about God, they only know what they want to teach. They do not care about what the Bible teaches, because the Bible teaches the Godhead, it teaches that the one God in revealed in three eternal persons. I Peter 1:2 call God the Father, we also know by reading the bible that the Holy Spirit in eternal and by reading the Gospel that Jesus is the Son of the Father and shared glory of Him before the world was created, in John 17.

How does your doctrine hold up against Scripture?

Hagar saw The Angel of the Lord
she said "
you are the God who sees me" -- Genesis 16:7-14.

The Angel of The LORD is the LORD -- Judges 6:11-14.

The Angel of the LORD is God :

Now The Angel of the LORD did not appear to Manoah or his wife again. Then Manoah knew that He was The Angel of the LORD. So Manoah said to his wife, “We will surely die, for we have seen God.”
(Judges 13:21-22)

Manoah asked The Angel the Lord His name - v. 17

Who has established all the ends of the earth?
What is His name or His son's name?

(Proverbs 30:4)

Manoah already knew the name of YHVH

The Angel of the LORD said His name is Wonderful. it is a wonder - v. 18

what is a wonder? something beyond human comprehension, an understanding which can only be given by God.

How can this be made any plainer?
Amen. It does not get any plainer .

God is not a man as us. God has no form. He is not made with things he created as rudiments of this world .That is a Pagan tradition everything is God and therefore men walk by sight venerating the things seen . .

The Son of God as the Spirit of Christ remains without mother or father beginning of Spirit life or end thereof .... remains without form ..He came to demonstrate an outward work which was performed from the foundation of the world when God poured out His Spirit.

The promised demonstration in respect to that seen the flesh of the Son of man ended when he departed, His Spirit returned as the Son of God the original unseen glory. Death in respect of the demonstration was required God cannot die .

Eternal Spirit remains naked not clothed with corruptible flesh, as that seen.

The demonstration used blood as a metaphor in that parable to represent the unseen pouring out Spirit life in jeopardy of His own Spirit.

While the life of the flesh (spirit life) is in the blood that life is not literal blood without the spirit essence of life .It was poured out from the side of the Son of man and it returned to the dust from where it was taken form before He breathed spirit life into it.

The veil is rent there will not be another demonstration the promise was for once.. We continue to walk by faith the unseen

2Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now "henceforth" know we him no more.

So you agree with the Catholic Church; Mary WAS and IS "the Mother of God"!
Since your God is Three Beings- was Mary the Mother of the Triune God?
Or just one of three?
Or a Three-in-one-baby-God?

Mary is not the Mother of God, God used Mary's uterus Lining to create a human vessel. One of three God created, the other two was Adam and Eve.

While we are talking about the birth of Jesus, maybe thequestion could tell us his belief..

How did the archangel become flesh..or did he, was he annihilated, then jesus was created - then jesus was annihilated and the archangel was recreated from a memory of god?

YOU are the one saying 'THEY' aren't THREE Gods.
So who was the Word WITH?
Who SENT him?

Did One God in heaven speak when he was baptised?
Did the Nameless Ghost-God land atop or possess the Godman?

John 1:32-And John bare record, saying, I saw the spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him.
AGAIN referred to as "IT".

Is One of your Gods an "it"?

If you QUESTION you learn.
If you don't you don't.

He's leading you up the garden path and loving it. Start questioning his beliefs!

So, Mary never gave birth?
The BabyGod just popped out, somehow?
We ARE talking ENGLISH here, aren't we?
Jesus called her "mother", as do the scriptures.

Just what has the Ghost taught you?

Maybe we are all two people put into one body. We are our self, and we are that which we came from, our source, God. Inward and outward, God being associated with outward, Satan being associated with inward. Maybe everything has always been a massive metaphor to describe that which is aloof, ineffable, indescribable.

If you are trying to get kids to learn the alphabet, Annie is an Apple, Ben is Bouncy, and the Cat is Clever.

Or you could say, this is the alphabet, A, B, C.

People need to have their imagination stimulated to learn and associate with something.

The PERFECT spin to aviod facing up to what your church has taught you!
Question me all you want; if you won't answer, neither will I.

NEXT scripture on the List~

The Abused Prophecy~

From Exodus thru to Isaiah, the endless dealings of Jehovah with Israel and the nations show Him to be ONE PERSON, ONE BEING.
Never does He speak of Himself to the people as "We" or "Ourselves'. Always as "I"- singular.
Never is a Ghost-God seen, or referred to. Neither any Son-God.
Was there no 'God-the-Son' until born by Mary?
What was his name before being given the name "Jesus"?
Was he nameless as the imaginary 'God-the-Ghost'?

Not til Isaiah, did God foretell the coming of His son- giving us insight into his son's several roles:

Isa 9: 6- For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is
>>> given; <<<
and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God [literally "Warrior"-Hebrew Gibbur] , Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7- Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from henceforth even for ever.
>>> The zeal of Jehovah of hosts will perform this. <<< -ASV

The clergy have long used this to prop up their Trinity Dogma, saying "see there: the MIGHTY GOD! ETERNAL FATHER- Jesus is God Almighty- there is the 'PROOF'!

It IS proof...of their ignorance and deception.
NO translation reads "Almighty".
Even the Trinity Dogma doesn't have Two Fathers, nor teach the Father became the Son.
Angels, judges of Israel, and Jesus himself were called "God" by....Jehovah.
Many are...FATHERS, both literally, and figuratively. Jesus is, too.
Jesus is KING, far more than just a Prince.
So this "name" ( Hebrew shem:an appellation, as a mark or memorial of individuality; by implication honor, authority, character. KJV: fame(-ous), named(-d), renown, report.) - not nameS- was a combination of Roles the one Jehovah was sending would carry out.

Isa 9 does NOT say God HIMSELF is to come- as WOULD be the case if the 'Trinity' was real, buuuuut says He will GIVE this individual to mankind. vs 1 and vs 7

Since Christ (as he is called later) has always been the Word (Spokesman) of God, he, as with Moses, REPRESENTS God, as shown by this and many other references.
