Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:

This is speaking of God the Father prior to the second coming of Jesus.
To make his enemies a footstool. Compare these verses to what is said Rev 11:4-12 about the two witnesses!

Let us sit down and reason a bit.

If Jesus was one of the witnesses that are spoke about being killed, then this has to mean either:

1. Jesus came back to Earth with a new body.
2. Jesus never left and was never taken up into Heaven.

I do not see any Scriptures that speak of Jesus coming back to Earth in another body.

Now if the Holy Spirit came to the Earth and received a body do you think that maybe God would have said something about it in the Scriptures?

Another problem with this is where does Satan receive the power and authority to destroy both God the Son and God the Holy Spirit? And why would He allow this?

It really does not make sense that the two witnesses are God.

So the next question is why are you teaching this lie? What do you hope to gain?

You can believe all you want that the two witnesses are Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

So i would say no, the two witnesses are not Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

I'm wondering what tools specific to Isaiah...

Surely although Isaiah was a prophet, was he not also a "handy man" who went about doing the odd repair job for individuals, hence him having "tools"!

QED!

Rev 11:7 When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them.
Rev 11:8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

Care to explain how a man called the Beast is able to kill the Father and Christ and that their bodies lay in the streets of Jerusalem for 3-1/2 days.

By the way, while they are laying dead in the streets, who's minding the store?

Heb 1:3 who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

How can Satan a created being kill that which has no beginning and who created Satan?

It sounds like you really have no clue as to who God really is.

God does not give out points for how many times we have read the Bible

your interpretation is totally skewed and nonsensical and you don't know what you are talking about and this is about the best way to put it

no one agrees with you and we have people here who study the original languages who don't agree with you

In fact, the Bible does not agree with you

for that matter, you can say you wrote the Bible...you can say anything you want...I don't know who you are or what your purpose is in making such a ridiculous thread

I don't even know if you are a believer or not...your claim is so outrageous, that it is almost blasphemous

you believe what you want...you can believe that the sky is wet and water is dry...so I'll leave you to it

Do you read the prophets or are you just a John 3:16 kind of Christian? Read the 1st chapter of Micah and the 1st chapter of Zephaniah then read the 3rd chapter of Habakkuk. This isn't poetry, this is Jehovah speaking through these prophets! Compare them with Isaiah 30:27-33 and Rev 11:4-12. Peace.

If you had read the Scriptures then you would see that The Father and the Holy Spirit are not the two witnesses. Its not how many times you have read the Scriptures, its all about you having the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit who will teach you the Truth in the Scriptures.

Why would I see that when its clear that the Father and the Holy Spirit are the two witnesses. His word is Spirit. If it doesn't matter if you read the bible, then why did Paul admonish timothy an Titus to study if they had the Holy spirit? Your argument is full of error. Try again, and this time use the bible not your own ideas.

I know that many say that 1John 5:7-8 was added afterwards, but throughout the New Testament, Jesus refers to the testimonies of not only Himself, although He quotes the Law saying, that two or three are needed to bear record/witness a truth, that while He testifies of Himself, He is not alone, His Father also testifies...Christ also refers to the human testimony of John as well.

The point Christ was saying was that He, although He can testify of Himself because He knows where He came from and where He is going, and that His testimony is valid...there is another who also will testify and that is His Father...

Because Christ said, He and The Father are One.
And if you will note, 1John 5 initially begins by saying, this is He who came not by water only but by water and blood...and it is The Spirit who testifies.

If Christ says HE and the Father are One, and if HE further says, he who has seen Me, has seen The Father, then how can we say that He is separate from The Father?

Does He have a separate Spirit from The Father?

A man can not be born into the world EVER...by water only...
Which is why when it is declared, anyone who denies that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of GOD...because really, what other way can a man come into the world but by flesh? Than it requires that one take note of it...and understand that this is He who came forth from The Father and into the world...

And HE and the Father are ONE.
And it is only through JESUS that we have access to THE FATHER by
ONE SPIRIT...

Therefore, I want to be clear in saying that this is THE WORD of GOD made flesh...GOD enfleshed/housed HIS HOLY WORD in our likeness/our covering/our flesh and came to us...

For had GOD come to us uncovered/in HIS full and HOLY GLORY, none would have been able to stand.
