P115 is the oldest manuscript including the number of the beast and dates to the 3rd century, ca. 225-275 AD. This manuscript says 616 and not 666. In fact, in the 2nd century, Irenaeus knew about the 616 reading but rejected it to fit his theology.
You got that off of wikipedia, and wikipedia is full of a lot of false information so tread lightly when using that information.
And the papyrus P47 I gave you is dated in the early 3rd century before 225.........As the Chester Betty papyri is a collection of manuscripts from the 2nd century to the early 3rd century.
