Because google has all the answers? You know conflicting information is presented. It boils down to whom you accept as an authority.
If we read the last verse of chapter three

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

and then read chapter 4, we see a family of farmers and their family tree. They argue, one kills the other, there is a legal system in place that requires the death penalty for murder and he runs away to another land where there are more people.

Obviously the Adam family are not the first family ever, they have laws, there are other people, and a lot of time has passed between this and the end of chapter 3.

The care of the garden was given to Adam, so agricultural and/or horticultural knowledge was already present from chapter two of Genesis, verse 15. That is when Adam was put in Eden.

Google confirms it.
I don't know what you mean by this. Google is what? A search engine? It provides all kinds of information, a lot of it conflicting. Are you incapable of ever acknowledging the truth of what another says?

And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. (Gen 2:15)

The parents of Cain and Able were living long after this.

The information Google gives us confirms the Biblical account regarding the changing way of life from hunter gathers to settled farmers, from living in caves to building walled cities. This development took thousands of years to complete and Cain and Able were living in the later period.

They lived for 900 years. We are not sure if it was post fall. Or included their entire life pre and post. So of course they were there LONG after that.

Google is not scripture. You need to study more. I have posted refuting evidence myself and I can post more. From many resources.

I see you have given me yet another red cross despite it being the truth as I have explained. I am going to have to put you on ignore. I was obviously wrong to think how wise and sensible you were.

And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. (Gen 2:15)

The parents of Cain and Able were living long after this.
Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

10 A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. 11 The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. 12 (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin[d] and onyx are also there.) 13 The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush. 14 The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Ashur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

15 The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”

18 The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”

19 Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.
But for Adam no suitable helper was found.

Like how you put red x's on most everything I said? You are unreasonable and hypocritical to the max.

I am free to continue countering your lies while you hide.

This was adamah meaning "man" in the Hebrew. This was not the father of Cain and Able.

No, I'm not going to hide. You called me a liar, unreasonable and hypocritical to the max., and for that I shall leave this forum.

Before I go, I shall report your post.

The information google gives also contradicts what you say. You seem incapable of acknowledging the truth of this. Why do you have such a problem admitting that google is a search engine that leads to many differing opinions?

You said you were going to put me on ignore but you have not. So right there you were not being honest.

Scripture makes no mention of a walled city when Cain arrived in Nod as you claimed. Why don't you just admit it?

There are some strange people on the internet I will admit, but the scientific data is trustworthy.

Data and conjecture are two different things. Scientific conjecture is not always correct. Theories are not iron-clad either.
