None of this has yet happened, thus the 1,000 year reign is future...

Malachi/Malakyah 4:1-4, “For look, the day shall come, burning like a furnace, and all the proud, and every wrongdoer shall be stubble. And the day that shall come shall burn them up,” said יהוה of hosts, “which leaves to them neither root nor branch. 2 “But to you who fear My Name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings. And you shall go out and leap for joy like calves from the stall. 3 “And you shall trample the wrongdoers, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day that I do this,” said יהוה of hosts. 4 “Remember the Torah of Mosheh, My servant, which I commanded him in Ḥorĕḇ for all Yisra’ĕl – laws and right-rulings."

Isaiah 24:1-6, "See,
יהוה is making the earth empty and making it waste, and shall overturn its surface, and shall scatter abroad its inhabitants. 2 And it shall be – as with the people so with the priest, as with the servant so with his master, as with the female servant so with her mistress, as with the buyer so with the seller, as with the lender so with the borrower, as with the creditor so with the debtor; 3 the earth is completely emptied and utterly plundered, for יהוה has spoken this word. 4 The earth shall mourn and wither, the world shall languish and wither, the haughty people of the earth shall languish. 5 For the earth has been defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the Torot, changed the law, broken the everlasting covenant. 6 Therefore a curse shall consume the earth, and those who dwell in it be punished. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth shall be burned, and few men shall be left.

Matt 24:21-2, "For then will be great tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning ofthe world to this time--no, nor ever will be. And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the elect's sake, those days will be shortened."

Isayah 51:6, “Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look on the earth beneath, for the heavens shall vanish like smoke, and the earth wear out like a garment, and those who dwell in it die as gnats. But My deliverance is forever, and My righteousness is not broken."

Revelation 21:1-2, "And
I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no more sea. And I, Yahanan, saw the holy city, YHWH Shammah, coming down from YHWH out of heaven, prepared as brides adorned for their husbands. And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying: Behold, the tabernacle of YHWH is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and YHWH Himself will be with them, and be their Father.
awesome! Hizikyah, i miss you lol we have been studying the letter Aleph in school!

Jesus is on the throne of David. He is Shiloh. Where do you think the throne is?
um David is not God. and his throne is most definitely NOT in heaven.

Luk_1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

The dispersed of Israel has returned and the nation is restored. There is an actual throne to be placed into the temple when rebuilt.
This is the throne of Messiah, and He (Yeshua) will reign with His body, overcomers over the world. Afterwards will turn the kingdom over to Father.
Is my understanding now but is subject to change as revelation comes.
Paul spoke of the promises of God to the nation of Israel. They are not left out but will be one stick in His hand.

Daniel 3: 19 Then Nebuchadnezzar was so filled with rage against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego that his face was distorted. He ordered the furnace heated up seven times more than was customary,

Leviticus 26 27 But if, despite this, you disobey me, and continue hostile to me, 28 I will continue hostile to you in fury; I in turn will punish you myself sevenfold for your sins.

70 years X 7 = 490 years.

After the 70 years captivity came the 490 years of punishment.

That ended in AD67-73 with the destruction of Jerusalem. There is your furnace.

For some reason I can't edit my posts or reply with quote....so Zeek, yes you are correct. Jesus now sits on the right hand of Father. But, it is the throne of Father. His destiny is Davids throne. The promise.

3 Along with Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, David organized them according to the appointed duties in their service. 3and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while. - Rev 20

I suspect that even the release has been initiated.
Have you ever read the book of enoch, Zone?

some believe it is valid scripture others do not, the carbon dating is fairly consistant that the earliest manuscript of enoch is from 200-250 years B.efore C.hrist. I believe it to be inspired by the same spirit wro authored the Bible, There is a tone of things that fit perfectly with the Bible books Like revelation, daniel, ezekiel. books like 1 and 2 peter, jude ( who quotes directly from the book of enoch) The Concept of the coming "Son of Man" is throughout Hos book. Its claim is that it is the written account of Enoch adams seventh descendant, who never died, He simply walked away with God. The book claims to be the account Of Enoch and what He saw and learned when "He walked away with the Lord and was no more" The Author is partly enoch, and partly Noah, ( who is the Grandson, of Enoch) it is definately a great study, very interesting and sometimes the best way to decide if something is true, is to learn what its message is, and compare it to the Bibles Message. even if a person doubts its authenticity, it is very interesting, giving the account of the nephilim mentioned in Genesis, the Giants, the Fall of Satan and His angels when they rebelled against God around the same time adam sinned...

Myself I am not 100 percent convinced it is valid, or essential, But i can say that it fits perfectly with revelation, daniel, hosea, ezekiel. Much of what Jesus Himself says in the 4 gospels, fits perfectly with the things enoch sees and speaks of. ezekiel, revelation. daniels visions really support it, and some of the things in enoch help to see connections between the others. Im not sure lol if you are interested in prophetic things but your opconcerning binding and casting into the abyss until the release made me think of enoch because there is an account of How and why that fall and binding took Place. and He was sealed in the earth for a time By A powerful angel like in revelation. its interesting to read and consider if a person enjoys study.....

Isa_11:12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

The sign of the end of days...

Eze_36:19
And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them.

Judgement that caused them to be dispersed. Should be reversed in order but am being lazy.

~
Rom 11:15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

Rom 11:16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

Rom 11:17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

Rom 11:18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.

Rom 11:19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.

Rom 11:20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

Rom 11:21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

Rom 11:22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

Rom 11:23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.

Rom 11:24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

The Mystery of Israel's Salvation

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.

Rom 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Rom 11:30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

Rom 11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

Rom 11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

I suspect that even the release has been initiated.
during the 1,000 years Yahshua/Jesus will reign on earth, this has not yet happened:

Rev 20:4-6, "And I saw thrones – and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them – and the lives of those who had been beheaded because of the witness they bore to יהושע and because of the Word of Ylohim, and who did not worship the beast, nor his image, and did not receive his mark upon their foreheads or upon their hands. And they lived and reigned with Messiah for a thousand years and the rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended) – this is the first resurrection. Blessed and set-apart is the one having part in the first resurrection. The second death possesses no authority over these, but they shall be priests of Ylohim and of Messiah, and shall reign with Him a thousand years."

Hosheyah 6:1-3, “Come, and let us turn back to יהוה. For He has torn but He does heal us, He has stricken but He binds us up. After two days He shall revive us, on the third day He shall raise us up, so that we live before Him. So let us know, let us pursue to know יהוה. His going forth is as certain as the morning. And He comes to us like the rain, like the latter rain watering the earth.”

If you cannot understand simple things, how can you understand hard things?
If YOU can not understand simple things, How can YOU understand hard things. (these strawmen arguments get so old..)

David was a man who needed to be saved. He is not God. Jesus is on JESUS eternal throne. NOT on davids earthly throne.

1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap

Where is modern day Damascus?

Damascus (Arabic: دمشق‎ Dimashq, Syrian Arabic pronunciation: [dɪˈmɪʃeʔ]) is the capital and the second largest city of Syria after Aleppo. It is commonly known in Syria as ash-Sham (Arabic: الشام‎ ash-Shām) and nicknamed as the City of Jasmine (Arabic: مدينة الياسمين‎

your thoughts?
Isaiah 17
1The oracle concerning Damascus. "Behold, Damascus is about to be removed from being a city And will become a fallen ruin. 2"The cities of Aroer are forsaken; They will be for flocks to lie down in, And there will be no one to frighten them.…

...

The Historical Record

A study of the historical record indicates that Damascus became a heap as Isaiah predicted. Consider these examples:

•The Encyclopedia Britannica (11th ed): “Tiglath-Pilesar invaded Syria, and in 732 succeed in reducing Damascus. . . Except for the abortive uprising under Sargon in 720, we hear nothing more of Damascus for a long period.”

•International Standard Bible Encyclopedia: “Damascus had now lost its political importance, and for more than two centuries we have only one or two inconsiderable references to it. It is mentioned in an inscription of Sargon (722–705 BC) as having taken part in an unsuccessful insurrection along with Hamath and Arpad. There are incidental references to it in Jer 49:23 ff and Ezek 27:18; 47:16 ff.”

•Baker Encyclopedia of the Bible: “[T]he city’s doom was predicted by Isaiah (8:4; 17:1), Amos (1:3–5), and Jeremiah (49:23–27). Rejecting God, Ahaz of Judah turned for protection to an alliance with the Assyrians, whom he bribed with the temple treasure. The Assyrian king Tiglath-pileser III (‘Pul’) agreed and marched against the Syro-Israelite confederation. After defeating Israel he attacked Damascus, plundered the city, deported the population, and replaced them with foreigners from other captured lands. Damascus was no longer an independent city-state.”

•William Smith’s Dictionary of the Bible: “Under Ahaz it was taken by Tiglath-pileser, (2 Kings 16:7, 8, 9) the kingdom of Damascus brought to an end, and the city itself destroyed, the inhabitants being carried captive into Assyria. (2 Kings 16:9 ) comp. Isai 7:8 and Amos 1:5. Afterwards it passed successively under the dominion of the Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Macedonians, Romans and Saracens, and was at last captured by the Turks in 1516 A.D.”

•“The conquest of Damascus by Tiglath-Pileser III (733-732 BC) is the final result of the Assyrian intervention against the anti-Assyrian coalition of Rezin of Damascus and Pekah of Israel against Ahaz of Judah. Rezin and Pekah tried to capture Jerusalem, capital city of the kingdom of Judah, but they failed (about 735–734 BC). Tiglath-Pileser III came to the aid of Ahaz of Judah, who promptly asked for the help of the Assyrian king. He finally destroyed the power of Damascus, by besieging the city, forcing king Rezin to surrender, as well as by conquering the whole region once under the control of Damascus. Rezin of Damascus died during the siege, according to the Bible (II Kings 16:9). After the conquest by Tiglath-Pileser III, Damascus was no longer the capital of the independent and rich kingdom of Aram.”18

Contemporaneous with what happened to Damascus, “in that day the glory of Jacob will fade” [lit. “be made thin”] and the fatness [Isa. 10:16] of his flesh will become lean” (Isa. 17:4). This most likely refers to the famine that followed the siege and deportation of the northern tribes (2 Kings 16:9).

Damascus was utterly destroyed in fulfillment of what was predicted in Isaiah 17. The destroyer himself —Tiglath-pileser — said so in his Annals.....
The Isaiah 17 Damascus Bible prophecy has been fulfilled

David was King Of Israel, so

His throne was the throne of Israel.

Does Israel still exist on earth? No.

We have gone from the Kingdom On Earth to the Kingdom Of Heaven.

Ergo, The Throne Of Israel is situated in Heaven.

Genesis 49:10
The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

Judah held the sceptre until Jesus came, and then it passed out of Judah's hands to Jesus.

lol..

Thanks, But I will trust God.

Yes Israel is still on earth. That's WHY God has always kept a remnant. They are scattered according to Leviticus 26 at the moment, God has kep all his promises, even promises of punishment for sin.

Jesus will (as the OT prophesies) rule Israel and the World from Jerusalem on earth.

The Lord hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.
