Isn't that the Truth!

Hey, BGOT.

Just curious, what would be your guess as to why this thread and the 'Would Jesus drink Alcohol?' thread don't accurately show the reactions on the main thread page?

This one shows zero reactions when it has countless likes, loves and winner reactions and the Alcohol thread only shows negative reactions when it has many likes, agrees and winner reactions.

What would you think might be goin on with that?

Pretty strange, and blatant, wouldn't you say?
They don't want it written in Stone. ;)

Their worldview is being challenged so often that they can't ban everyone of every view they dislike if they hope to keep a functioning forum. For their sake, the next best thing is for them to attempt to suppress the truth as long as possible in hopes they don't soon become the minority. ;)

You prefer stone tablets outside of you to heart tablets inside of you?
When is the present good or evil condition of a persons eternal soul unchangeable for either heaven or hell, is it the exact moment they claim to be saved or not until the exact moment of their death?

It's an oddly worded question. Perhaps you could rephrase it so I fully understand what you are asking. Also, what is the connection of your question to what I asked?

I can try to answer what I think you're asking. But I'm always suspicious of a person's motivation if asked to clarify and the person refuses.
Eternal life is present in all who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Since we can only believe during our lifetime, if someone dies without believing, they will remain under condemnation.

It is laughable that multiple of you are declaring that the "It is finsihed!" quote from Jesus on the Cross somehow definitively proves that He was referring specifically to the 10 Commandments.
No. That is your MISUNDERSTANDING. Christ was declaring that the Old Covenant was finished. Even more importantly He was declaring that His redemptive work in His sufferings and death was also finished, completed, and perfectly done. He made that one perfect sacrifice for sins FOREVER, and now there are no more sacrifices for sin.

But I already pointed out that the Ten Commandments are incorporated into the Law of Christ, and you ignored that. The Law of Love incorporates the Ten Commandments.

The New Testament law is still binding. :)

non-Hebrew slaves living among them:

Deuteronomy 29:11
also the stranger who is in your camp, from the one who cuts your wood to the one who draws your water

their descendants:

Deuteronomy 29:22
so that the coming generation of your children who rise up after you...
That's really desperate, there, post.

Finish the verse, why don't you.

"So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the Lord hath laid upon it; ..."
Deut. 29:22

Nothing at all about the Commandments being given only to the Jews.

The 10 Commandments are still to be obeyed by Christians today, literally, out of love for Christ Jesus - no matter how you slice it.

Jesus taught them, obeyed them and His followers obeyed them after His death.

Thought so.

You need to study this out a little more.

Matthew 12:3-7 KJV - But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him; How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests? Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless? But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple. But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
Once you understand why the priests were blameless in 'profaning the sabbath,' (Jesus's words. Not mine.) then you'll understand how the NT saints observe the sabbath 24/7.

The Fourth Commandment is a commandment to believe in Jesus, and cease from one's own works of righteousness. To enter into rest.
False.

Jesus was 100% without sin and the Sabbath Commandment was never done away with anymore than any of the other 9 Commandments.

Those who hate the Sabbath Commandment hate God and all of His law.
