EG - the last kingdom of the toes was Rome & Herods.

Zone, Why do you always post these long responses? I am not going to go over this all.

The final kingdom has

1. Worldwide scope (every tribe tongue and nation bows to them)
2. Control of every financial aspect of the word. (no one can buy or sell)
3. The ability to wipe out all life on earth (No flesh would survive)
4. Will only be given power for 3 1/2 years
5. Will have its kindgom destroyed by Christ himself at his return.

See we do not need to post long posts to prove our points. The ceasars and herods had non of these characteristics period.

i don't think Paul was joking.
no gaps.
no loose ends.
Old Covenant over.

Paul was not joking. Again, This is not about anyones salvation. All of the prophesies concerned Israel and jerusalem. Which had nothing to do with salvation. Why you keep going back to this is beyond me.

As paul said, when the times of the gentile are complete (when the final beast is destroyed) All Isreal will be saved. Thus they (Isreal) are our enemy at this time, because they reject the gospel. but beloved because of the promises which are irrevocable.

Abrahams covenant is still in effect. Only the mosaic was done away with.

ya...it is.

we've been taking part in murder instead of the Great Commission.
we've been taking part in helping the jews try to erase Jesus from History.

i refuse to do it.
my hands are clean.

"28Now you, brothers, like Isaac,al are children of promise.am 29 But just as then the child born according to the flesh persecuted the one born according to the Spirit,an so also now.

figure this out!

And there you go again. Just like I told abiding the danger of looking at a doctrine of man and basing our beliefs and theologies on it. This is what your doing.

How in the heck am I doing this.

You drive me nuts when you say crap like this when you know I do not believe this. My belief does not do this. All it states is that at some point in the future Isreal will repent (stop rejecting Christ) and be restored. (because they have stopped rejecting Christ) So how is this allowing Israel to blot Jesus out of history? Especially when I say over and over again THEY ARE OUR ENEMY BECAUSE THEY REJECT CHRIST,

They are doing right now EXACTLY what prophesy says they will be doing.

if you can't get out of traditional thinking. Then you will never understand what I believe and continue to make false accusation due to ignorance of what is being said.

I have not made an idol of anyone. Nor do I praise whoever is in modern day Isreal. Nor does future prophesy. Yes people do it. But people take the gospel of grace and turn it to licentiousness. DOes that make the gospel of grace error? Your not thinking, Your thinking based on religion.

Abrahams covenant is till binding. It was eternal in nature. What is eternal does not end. It also was not conditional.

God will destroy the final beast at his return (there will be so many dead people the birds will feed on their flesh for a year)

Only mosaic covenant is done away with.

You can say we are done all you want. Yes, Salvation is done, But the hisstory of mankind and Gods prophesy concerning events in that history is not complete. If you don't like hearing that that is too bad.

I am sick of being called names and stupid because I believe in a future fulfillment, So if you do not like being confronted. stop calling people names who believe that way,

Amillennialism is the Biblical Truth. anything else was given to us and is false (for a reason..there IS a future thing going down...but we have it backwards)

Abraham's Covenant was JESUS and New Jerusalem.

Hebrews 11
8By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. 9By faith he went to live in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise. 10For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God.

Instead, they were longing for a better country--a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.

the Old Covenant with the Promises (and Curses) was fulfilled by Jesus, and His decree against the inhabitants of Jerusalem who conspired against Him and rejected Him was carried out by Titus (10th Caesar).

well thanks for your opinion. But I strongly disagree, And see no basis for this being fact. for all the reasons I have showed you.

10For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God.

the Old Covenant with the Promises (and Curses) was fulfilled by Jesus, and His decree against the inhabitants of Jerusalem who conspired against Him and rejected Him was carried out by Titus (10th Caesar).
Again, I Disagree.

God told abraham his descendants would be given land. A specific land, Which would be an eternal inheritance. He did not tell him he would give his people the new jerusalem. He did nto even promise all of them, even once they got this land would be saved.

Of course abraham looked forward to the heavenly. I would to if I was a jew, even if I was living in my land. But that does not make the land contract, which was not a conditional contract. invalid.

God prophesied Isreal would be completely removed from their land, this did nto happen until 70 AD. it did not happen under babylon, under media persia or greece or rome

He then prophesied at the end, they would be returned. God would not forget the promises he made to their fathers.

I am sorry zone, Just as I showed you the characteristics of the final beast could not have been fulfilled by the ceasars and the herods. The return of Isreal fro COMPLETE exile could not have been fulfilled after Babylon. Because their was not a COMPLETE removal from the land under babylon.

As for titus. I told you. He was the people of the prince who was to come. Who did exactly what Daniel said he would do 500 years earlier. After the messiah was cut off (which came after the 69th) But Titus was not the future prince who confirmed a covenant for one week. Commited the abomination of desolation. Who was given power of worldwide scop where every nation tribe and language would worship him (no one has ever had that much power) was given power for 3 1/2 years, and was destroyed by the return of Christ himself.

Inbetween all those things, The prophesy said there would be continual wars and desolation occurring until the end. That has been happening since 70 Ad and continues today.

Speaking on the 65th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi concentration camp at Auschwitz in Poland, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu proclaimed the fulfillment of the prophet Ezekiel's vision of the valley of dry bones.

Netanyahu said, "Armed with the Jewish spirit, the justice of man, and the vision of the prophets, we sprouted new branches and grew deep roots. Dry bones became covered with flesh, a spirit filled them, and they lived and stood on their own feet."
actually i think the prophecy of the dry bones coming to life was fulfilled when the jews returned the first time from exile in babylon... i don't think that the founding of the modern state of israel fulfilled any prophecy...it was a purely secular event...

but at least netanyahu has been reading the bible...

Yes, It is a leader of the people who speak out prophecy. This has been show in the word of God. I believe there is more to come because God has not yet put his Holy Spirit in the Jews but once that has happened the we will be up to Ez 38-39
um...did you just say that netanyahu prophesied? i mean i have nothing against him...but you cannot prophesy without being filled with the holy spirit...and nowdays the only way to be filled with the holy spirit is by accepting christ...

It could not have been. Because the prophesy of dry bones has the dry bones in every place but Isreal. During the babylonian captivity, Most of the jews still lived in the land, they even had a jewish puppet king. As they did all the way up to rome.

But I agree, i do not think the current people living in Isreal is the fulfillment, Although it may be a partial fulfiment. At the return of the dry bones to flesh, All of the people followed the true God. not the fake Gods and idols they serve now.

a thing about the dry bones. No nation in the history of the earth has suffered what happened to Isreal in 70 AD. (A Complete removal from her homeland, A complete wiping out of her being a nation, and her name wiped off the face of the earth as a nation (even under captivities, they still lived in her land, and still had a name) and been returned.

they are called dry bones because of what happened in AD 70.

When God gives life to them again and returnes them, it is because they repent and finally recieve her messiah. He said they would be one nation again, never again would the north and south be two nations again. Since the northern kingdom was removed by syria, it has never been returned to its land. Only judah was taken captive and allowed to rebuild it city.

sorry, the beast is mentioned in the chapter 13, the eagles wings/US in chapter 12. I think they both represent that God uses the US for a time.
[SUP]13 [/SUP]When the dragon realized that he had been thrown down to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. [SUP]14 [/SUP]But she was given two wings like those of a great eagle so she could fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness. There she would be cared for and protected from the dragon for a time, times, and half a time.
Notice the dragons' pursuit is relentless.
actually i believe that this part of revelation already took place just before AD 70... the 'woman'...who represents the jewish church...fled from jerusalem when it was surrounded by vespasian's armies as advised by jesus...

No he was not. Jesus confirmed an eternal covenant, Not a one week. Jesus did not commit the abomination of desolation in the middle of the week. The future prince will.

And it was not his people who destroyed the city and temple. it was the people of rome. Jesus was not a roman, he was a jew.

So vaspians armies were crushed by Christ? at his return? Which is what revelations says happens to the ones who goes after the woman after the 3 1/2 year reign of terror.

Although I agree. the wings is not the US. It is just like when God led the people out of Egypt on wings. the same terminology is used, and the same mode of protection will be used.

There was no abomination of desolation 70 AD. The people of the prince whi is to come destroyed the temple in 70 AD. the prince himself commits the abomination. But this does not occur until after the time determined for wars and desolation to occur. In all of daniels prophesies there was a gap. The gap is the time Isreal is not in Jerusalem. All during the time from babylon to Rome up to 70 Ad. Isreal was still in Jerusalem. They just did not have supremecy over it, the gentile kingdoms who ruled her did.

The prophesies were concerning Isreal in Jerusalem,. If Isreal is not in Jerusalem. there is no need to prophesy about that time period.

people must remember when your looking forward at prophesy, your looking at a straight line., Any gaps would not be seen, because your looking at the beginning to the end. Unless you assume EVERYTHING which happens in-between is stated, There is no reason not to believe a gap can occure.

Look at the first vision.

4 kingdoms, chronological order. Final kingdom in power, destroyed by the return of Christ. Christ has not returned yet. so there must be a gap between the 4th and 5th kingdom

Second vision the same. Final beast (the most power kingdom of man ever known, which is worldwide in scope) destroyed by Christ, So there must be a gap.

third vision. 70 weeks. Up to 69th week to the day, Messiah enters jerusalem. Literally fulfulfilled you could say to the second of when Daniel was told 500 years earlier it would happen.

Everything which happens after takes many years (at least 40 before city destroyed, Many wars and desolations etc etc) Then the abomination of desolation, Then the great tribulation, Then the return of Christ. Again, there must be a gap.

I love ya sis. But I can not see how you do not see this

in AD 70 emperor vespasian's son titus set up the roman standards on the ruins of temple mount...the roman standards were symbols of paganism and emperor worship...so they were abominations in the desolated temple...

i haven't studied daniel's three visions...but just looking at them they don't seem to be all about the same thing...

i still don't understand the seventy weeks very well...but what i do know is that i have yet to see -any- interpretation of the seventy weeks that actually works chronologically with no gaps...not even the preterist interpretation...

this isn't correct...during the babylonian captivity any of the jews that had not been deported to babylon and who remained in the land under the puppet governor ended up fleeing to egypt when someone assassinated the governor...

so the land was empty except for samaritans until cyrus allowed the jews to return...

Your chronology is wrong according to the events in daniel 9

After the messiah is cut off: (the cross)

1. The city and temple is destroyed by the people of the prince who is to come
2. A time of wars and desolations
3. The prince (who is to come) confirms a covenant for one week
4. In the middle of the week. THAT PRINCE commits the abomination.
5. A time is which is determined continues (according to scripture 3 1/2 years)
6. The lord returns.

Titus destroyed the temple. the abomination of desolation will remain in the temple. Abominating it does not good if you destroy it, its symbolism means nothing.

I did a study showing how the three prophesies of the beasts (daniel and revelation) are the same. I would have to find it though, but if you are interested I will see if I can find it for ya, it is not very long. maybe a few pages.

Since the northern kingdom was removed by syria, it has never been returned to its land. Only judah was taken captive and allowed to rebuild it city.
representatives from all 12 tribes of israel returned.
the ones who didn't, just didn't.

Ezra 6:17
"And offered at the dedication of this house of God an hundred bullocks, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; and for a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel."

Ezra 7:7
"And there went up some of the children of Israel, and of the priests, and the Levites, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinims, unto Jerusalem, in the seventh year of Artaxerxes the king."

Ezra 7:12-14
"Artaxerxes, king of kings, unto Ezra the priest, a scribe of the law of the God of heaven, perfect peace, and at such a time.
I make a decree, that all they of the people of Israel, and of his priests and Levites, in my realm, which are minded of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee.

Ezra 8:35
"Also the children of those that had been carried away, which were come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt offering unto the LORD."

Acts 1:6
"When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?"

Acts 4:36
"And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,

Acts 26:6-7
"And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God unto our fathers:
Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope's sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews."

Matthew 15:24
"But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

Luke 1:31-33
"And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end."

Luke 1:68-69
"Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people,
And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;

Luke 2:36
"And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;"

Matthew 10:5-7
"These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand."

~

Galatians 3:16
The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. The Scripture does not say "and to seeds," meaning many people, but "and to your seed," meaning one person, who is Christ.

none of that actually happened in AD 70...jews were still allowed in judea and even jerusalem...until after the bar kokhba war which is when most of what you mention actually took place...
