They should all be put in a special prison specifically for rapists. Then they could all talk about how perverted they are, and how they wish they hadn't made the choice to violate people.. And I agree, life in prison would be ideal.
What did I just tell you? I said the first thing you would do is start talking about the "should do's." And you did exactly that. Yet it is little more than running our mouths, with no real solution behind it..

I think the best place to start is before it happens.

I.e the campaign UK police has now pointing out what SHOULD be obvious: if someone is too drunk to stand / unconscious, you don't have intercourse with them....

Another "We should" noise with no solution.
Then what IS the/ a solution, Willie? Reintroduce Old Sparky? Have the KKK hang 'em high with nooses around a tree branch? Give them a chance to choose to stay in prison, or risk their lives (and others) by getting set free?

Usually when someone is drunk, that's when they want to have sex the most. Whether it's dangerous or not.. People these days are too eager to hop in the sack and romp around. Whether they're drunk OR sober.

For decades you know what I think is the best I am able to do, and what I have been doing for all these years.

The question is to ask yourself what you are willing to crusade for, AND are willing to pay for with your taxpayer dollars.

I may be incorrect on this but I think Stalin used to send his prisoners into war as the frontline and if they turned back they were shot so they had to fight pro-Russia. I think it was a way he used to keep the prison's from getting overcrowded? IDK I remember reading it somewhere but could be another country ? That may be a solution though to the rapists....

Yes
but that's the problem, rapists use it as an excuse ("She didn't say no". .... of course not if she was too drunk to talk)

Rarely is it that I agree with Stalin's solutions.

But hey, Hitler funded synthetic fuel technology and the modern highway system.

You know what they say about blind squirrels.

Some of them would actually welcome that. But sometimes we may not have a good, healthy war going on.

That's what confuses me about feminists- they want sexual liberation and male-like acceptance of promiscuity, but also wish to curb pornography and cry rape when the promiscuity isn't convenient.

You cannot have it both ways, either we have cultural order with legal punishment or social disorder. Choose.

Personally, I want all rape to be severely and swiftly punished, but that also requires a social dynamic in which rape is an apparent factor.

It was a medieval solution that suited the circumstances with the Wehrmacht being a two minute drive away.

I agree with it in spirit, though. If tried and convicted, the just punishment for rape is death. In wartime situation in which you need as much manpower as you can muster, tossing them at the enemy isn't such a bad solution.

That was an element of German custom for a long time.

Our lawmakers are the ones to blame, and ourselves, for putting them into their positions. We, our lawmakers, made rape a felon that didn't carry the DP or life w/o. If we want to change that we need some brand new law makers. I hear they got a pretty lively one on the Philippines.

This is very wrong. I have been shocked, over the years, at how many sex crimes (including rape and child molesting) never even happened. Both are one of the easiest things to claim... and to get to stick simply due to our outrage, that often precludes reason.

That is true. It is too easy to throw out allegations like that. Gives the real victims a bad name.

Oh I agree. Like I said, trial and conviction. A justice system which relies on mere accusation is neither just nor a system.

That and social order is necessary to more readily determine whether a crime happened at all.

This is one of the instances where The Mimetic Theory I often talk about comes into play. "He looks odd", or "He seems strange, not like the rest of us."...... "So, obviously, he must be a pervert."

Don't bring up Mimetic theory! I'll be inclined to drop all argument and simply agree :p
