Nor is it the only date given. People change things to their own liking. Those who pierced Him would not have been around at the later date.
Wrong. Those who pierced Him are around NOW. And right on time. And in the right place. As you would expect.

Your take on eschatology is absurd, yes. But is rendered so by simple situational awareness and observation.

I'm not sure who John is referring to.
If it's the one roman soldier that pierced Jesus or all of us he died for.
He died for me.
I see. Metaphorical when it suits you, but definitely definitive otherwise. I appreciate the conversation. Grace and peace.

Let me ask you a question.

Will these people who have crucify Christ themselves, look upon him when he comes?

Hebrews 6

4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
They already did.

The people who crucify Christ today saw him in 70 ad?

Hebrews 6

5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Perhaps you can outline the book of Revelation and compare it to the outline of Deuteronomy for me?
My take on eschatology has to do with a covenant ending and the repercussions for it as stated in the covenant.
If you don't understand the purpose of the book, how do you reconcile its contents?

Christ is seated on a throne and earth is His footstool. Any reference to Christ being crucified is metaphorical as He suffered once for all. He's not crucified again.

According to Paul, these people crucify Christ.
The question is,will these people who crucify Christ to themselves look upon him when he comes?

Yes or no?

You believe this is literal?

It doesn't say if they will or will not in the passage. The passage is dealing with a different subject altogether.

Hamas didn't sacrifice her .
She was gunned down in the street along with two red cross workers who were sent to rescue her .

There was no one hiding behind her nor did anyone with her have a gun.She was a scared and frightened little girl who died for no reason other than hatred.

Jews see her as a dog or a rat.Much like Nazis looked upon the Jews .Just another animal.
I can't help but notice the spinning.
Speaking of spinning, can you direct us to any posts of your knowing that Trump was going to move the Embassy before he moved the embassy?

I could ,but I wasn't planning on doing so till next year after Israel's draft ends.

Even then ,I was only going to show a few believers. Not unbelievers
