uh oh..............but, I gotta say.........Well, yes............any Politician who voted to approve the Sale of the Morning After Pill pretty much voted to approve "recreational abortion."
Actually, the morning after pill came out when I was a pharmacy technician. I read an entire continuing education on it. All it really is, is "the pill" in high enough dose to keep a fertalized egg from attaching to the uterin wall, just like regular contraceptives do. In fact, if it's not taken within 72hours after sex, it won't work! I was totally against it at first when it came out, but once I learned what it really was, it not bad at all... Unless, of course you don't believe in a daily contraceptive pill. If so, I'll agree to disagree :)

I'm tired of people thinking that a person -- any age -- who has family, friends, a life, etc.. is equatable to a fetus...as if it's no difference killing one or the other. It IS different...
So says the one who states theories are facts, rather than, theories are hypothesis, and truth is fact. See how she dehumanizes people in the womb by calling them fetuses? Its a disparaging word no different than calling people a racial slur.

As of now I support Trump because he best reflects my view on the immigration problem....which is in my opinion the most serious threat we face as a nation. I want someone that takes a strong stance against unfettered illegal immigration because I want a safe environment for my son. One that he doesn't have to be worried about being blown up shot or beheaded.

But I always keep my options open.
Honestly, I'm not actually against the wall! At least not completely. From what I understand, the two things you are most afraid of coming through the Mexican border are terrorists and drug lords. Right? Unfortunately, both are rich and smart enough to find Leagal ways of coming in. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of them are already American citizens or at least legal permanent residents. Ever heard of sleeper cells? That's not just propaganda. I know this isn't a popular message, but the wall may help a little, but not much. We have too many miles of border east, west, and north also.
I've heard you speak about your son another posts. I can tell you're a wonderful father.

Technically the morning after pill may not be the killing of the fetus. I can go with that. But we are back to the main issue of any decision we make. Is it the letter of the law, or the spirit of the law? So the intent was to kill. So it is not much better at its core. Jesus said if you say racca to your brother, you are in danger of judgement.
I want to make it clear that I am not a legalist. I know God forgives, and I would not hold anyone to a standard I can not keep.
But we also have to abide by Jesus' words. We can't twist them to conform to our wants.

Actually, it's just Latin for baby! I have to agree with Utah on this one. Less than 1% of all abortions are done because of rape or to preserve the mother's life. And if a parent/parents want to try to keep a child- give a baby a chance once the Dr's say it's not going to make it, Who are we to judge. I've heard from adults who are alive & well today after their mother's Dr told them they should abort due to some kind of defect. I also would Not judge a mother/couple who decided To abort for that reason... I think God can/does give parents instincts when it comes to such things, that they should follow.
But as far as voting for a president based on the issue.. Never going to do it again.. Never works (see previous posts)

Trump is pro-choice too.
do you judge him by the same standard?

is there any politician who actually advocates "recreational abortion" ??
I judge everyone who wipes their backside with the sanctity of life. I have complete and utter disdain for those who vehemently advocate abortion on demand. And I'll say this again for the 100th time, I'm not in the bag for Trump, I'm for whoever can defeat the demonic, treasonous, baby-killing, plantation overseeing democrats.

The Republicans are not Gods gift to politicians either. but yeah, I would take just about any Repub over the Dem probably 99 times out of a 100.

Maybe I over stated that. Maybe not 99 out of a 100. I am not sure how to quantify it. But a overwhelming number of times. But usually, I am so disgusted with both them, I just don't vote, or vote for a 3rd or 4th party candidate to register my protest of the lack of a real viable choice. They are all so alike in so many ways, the usual Washington games, they are all inscestoues in so many ways, that I really disdain most of them.
I say Jesus for President !

You know what, I agree! But Bernie Sanders IS that 1 out of 100 for me! He is THE only reason I will vote Democrat.
.... Ok, that's a lie... Keeping Trump out of office is my #2 reason!

I urge you to listen to a couple of Bernie Sanders' speeches-interviews. I think you may agree with at least Most of what he says :)
