Actually, the morning after pill came out when I was a pharmacy technician. I read an entire continuing education on it. All it really is, is "the pill" in high enough dose to keep a fertalized egg from attaching to the uterin wall, just like regular contraceptives do. In fact, if it's not taken within 72hours after sex, it won't work! I was totally against it at first when it came out, but once I learned what it really was, it not bad at all... Unless, of course you don't believe in a daily contraceptive pill. If so, I'll agree to disagree
