That must have been soooo bad. Worst I ever had was those situations where you sit down and realize you don't even have anything to talk about and that you really just want to leave in the first five minutes. I have never had someone insisting it continue when I want to go home, maybe its because I am always the driver and can say "i think i left my stove on".

I'm glad that the only guy I ever dated broke up with me instead of the other way around. He wasn't even my boyfriend but he did tell me he didn't want to go out anymore...because he thought I was boring and prudish.

I would be thinking "what if" if I had done it myself. Now I know for sure that he made the right decision in calling it all off...at least for me anyway. :p

Break up lines hmm hmm, I really just wish I slapped him upside the head. Then, repent.

Hmmm... I remember a line from a book I once read. The lady was talking about an ex who liked everything neat and orderly, where she couldn't care less.

"A place for everything and everything in its place you know, and I swore if I heard that line one more time I would shoot him. And I didn't want to go to prison so I broke up with him. I hope he marries a computer."

Not sure of the words I would have preferred to use, but I should have been more open with the last ex. She may never realize that, as much as I wanted to be, I was not in love with her.

The best part of dating you was drinking beer with your dad. (I actually said that)
