Well, she's my soul mate.

(Her body hasn't caught up to her spirit yet)

Hahaha.. exactly.
Don't care if there are 3.75 billion of them out there as she is the only one you care about.
In my opinion you are in a better spot, a MUCH BETTER spot than knowing there are 3.75 billion women out there kind of spot.

Well then I guess you have a choice: Are you going to keep pining after a woman who wants nothing to do with you or are you going to accept the fact that you may be mistaken in your assumption that she's your soul mate (I'll let someone else give you the details about how that's a completely pagan concept) and decide to move on without her?

Does anyone know what the cure to being love sick is?

I've been nutz about this lovely woman for years, but she's too busy to recognize me.
I kinda did that, but she went mental.

(I basically said to her and the whole world I was in love with her)

Whoops.
Well, she's my soul mate.

No offence mate, but with answers like this, you sound rather creepy
like some sort of stalker.

You need to be realistic - no means no. Move on before you get arrested or
something. It's not love you are feeling it's infatuation.

You have to find a way to interact with her on some level to get her attention, otherwise don't waste any more time. I would not have wasted years waiting for a woman to smile at me or give me a wink. In fact, I would not have wasted months or even weeks. You're going to have to make some kind of move to let her know that you exist.

There are 3.75 billion women on this planet. and your getting hung up on one! I keep telling myself that very same question. Maybe it is because you do not date or have any other women in your life. Your single so be single. date. ask women on dates.. i have this picture of a page filled with the word no written all over it, with the word yes at the bottom. you have to get through the no's to get to the yes. problem with me is having the courage to endure the no's..... because that is exactly what you have to do..
Fear of rejection is a common theme for those that are heartsick.

Adam & Eve were soul mates. Everyone has a soul mate.

Ask God if you might be obsessed with her. I had that problem a lot when I was younger. I couldn't think of anything but the target of my affections. I would drive by her house. I would always be thinking about her. I would always be talking to her in my head.

I think it was because I had such a terrible childhood and knew nothing of healthy love from my mother.

A "soul mate" will reciprocate the feelings of being a soul mate. Unless God works a miracle, don't consider her to be God's best for you.

Ask God to deliver you from these feelings of obsession and bring some people into your life who will fill the emptiness you feel and are trying to fill on your own with thoughts of her.

These thoughts are rewarding that is why you continue with them. You can't just stop them. You need to replace them with healthy thoughts and feelings.

Glorious Heavenly Father, fill this man's need with your love grace and mercy. Bring people into his life to help him grow out of this possible obsession with someone else. Indeed Lord, bring the right person into his life and grant him a great marriage for your glory and honor. In Jesus' name, amen.

Not to be judgemental but that's coming on too strong. i understand you have deep feelings for her but that's better left to be expressed if you two were in a serious relationship. That may have left a bad impression on her unfortunately. But hopefully it works out for you whether you decide to continue to pursue it or move on.

Ohhhh here we go.......(grabs popcorn)
It will not come to that.

2 Corinthians 12:19-21[SUP]19 [/SUP]Again, think ye that we excuse ourselves unto you? we speak before God in Christ: but we do all things, dearly beloved, for your edifying. [SUP]20 [/SUP]For I fear, lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I would, and that I shall be found unto you such as ye would not: lest there be debates, envyings, wraths, strifes, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults: [SUP]21 [/SUP]and lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and that I shall bewail many which have sinned already, and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed.

3.5 billion other women is a sure fire cure.

No I've made my choice, it's her or singleness.

(Singleness here I come)
