I really liked Force Awakens, but then I'm not a Star Trek superfan. It was definitely really enjoyable though! I could nit-pick things that I didn't like, but overall, 7.5/10. Maybe 8.
And cats, we can talk about the much-banned food and cats topics. We just can't talk about politics.
Which means no talking about the weather. These days talking about the weather is political. Everyone believes global warming is either gospel truth or hogwash. So no talking about the weather here.
For the purpose of this thread I would like to state that BlueBell dutch chocolate ice cream is awesome!

Hey Tintin can we discuss whether coke or pepsi is better? That wouldn't be political would it?
Personally I don't drink a lot of soda, but it seems to me that everything coke makes tastes better. All the pepsi versions - mt. dew for coke's mello yello, 7-up for coke's sprite, etc - seem like cheap knockoffs of what coke made. But maybe that's just me.
Lynx, I prefer Coca Cola over Pepsi. I've always been that way. I really should abandon soft-drinks altogether though. They're not healthy. Maybe I should stick to beer, wine, spirits and natural juices.

Mello Yello is not widely available in Canada, and the Mountain Dew we get has no caffeine. So I'll have to go with the Dew. However, I rarely drink carbonated sugar water of any flavour (and diet soda is just mild poison, imho), so I'm not one to push my opinion too hard. Root beer is my choice if I have one.
Many years ago, I had the pleasure of knowing an older Christian fellow from South Africa. One fond memory I have of him is the way he would say, "Mountain Dew", in his Boer accent. He would pitch his voice up and then descend on 'Deeeew'.
