No, chili is an "I'm hungry and MAN this tastes good!" meal.

I suppose next you'll tell me tuna fish is not a breakfast food. But that was my breakfast anyway, and (the way I made it) it was delicious.

Pot roast with all the vegies- carrots, potatoes, onions, celery....I grabbed what I thought was the Montreal Steak seasoning and gave two quick shakes over the roast and vegies and realized that it was cinnamon and freaked out thinking I have ruined the roast... Quickly pulled out the vegies that had the offending seasoning on them and washed them quickly.

The pot roast turned out o.k. with just a hint of the cinnamon flavor I think it enhanced the flavor of the carrots made them taste sweeter....also reminded me a little of Arabic food as they do add cinnamon to several of their savory meat dishes.... Tourist ate it and said it was good....he may have been just being nice.

Here at Chez Lynx, chili is on the menu. First you lay down two slices of sourdough bread. Then you put two slices of medium sharp cheddar on that. Then you pour hot chili over that. Chili melts cheese into bread, eat it with a fork. Delicious!

Then later tonight we will have a recital on various wind instruments... Just kidding, chili doesn't affect me like that.

I was nodding my head as I was reading your post then came to a screeching halt - why use fork when you can use your hands??

I have a bassoon actually. Well, a virtual version. It came in a big pack of wind instruments that came with my EWI USB controller.

Dark chocolate is not truly dark until it passes the 70% mark.

And no, I didn't try the chocolate-vanilla-somethingelse because I'm not actually big on caffeine. I just like the taste of chocolate.

Does anybody here like tuna noodle casserole, or is that generally viewed as poorly as meatloaf? Just curious. I'm having tuna noodle casserole tonight.
