I woke up with an annoying headache, having been awake for the last 24 hrs because of work schedule changes.
On my way to work, I dropped by my favorite pasta place only to find out they're closed.
I got to the office and ordered pasta delivery from my other favorite pasta place only to find out that their website has issues recognizing my postal code (which I have used before).
I went to order from another delivery service and found that Subway is still open. So I ordered only to find out that my account has issues and it doesn't let me order, giving me errors and not letting me pay.
My head was hurting, I was sleepy and hungry and I was already getting irritated.
I should mention I was in the same bus as the co-worker I mentioned before and we were in the elevator together, talk about awkward.
So, I decided to not look for another store and instead contacted customer service (via chat because they do not have a call center) and tried to get my account working and proceed with my order.
Of course, the customer service rep had to be rude and impatient and ended our chat just because I did not respond for two minutes (I'm at work!!!) and I was sitting there close very close to exploding.
But instead of exploding I felt like singing...
