Practice, I'm sure this thread would be very confusing for someone who didn't speak English.

Mme Green se promenait au bureau de poste quand son voisin est venu vers elle et lui dit:
"Bonjour Janis, Comment est votre chien? Je l'ai vue hier à courir après un vieil homme sur un vélo."
"Oh", a déclaré Mme Green "qui ne pouvait pas avoir été mon chien"
"Oh, pourquoi pas?" répondit son voisin "Je suis sûr que cela lui était"
"Eh bien", a déclaré Mme Green sourire "mon chien ne monte pas un vélo"
