DID YOU FORGET ME?!?!?!
There is someone here trying to eliminate meatloaf from this planet. Just you say the word MEATLOAF and you will get yourself on that list.

Thin sliced pan seared SPAM with seared pineapple and bacon is really quite tasty.

I've yet to taste them but where my brother is stationed, I'm told the variety of spam is a something to behold

You forgot the pineapple.
Yeah, and the maraschino cherries. It does look like some sort of honey glaze on this thing with studded cloves. Nice slice pattern as well. It almost looks edible.

When done I'd like a Pineapple upside-down cake :)

That looks like a whole lot of loaf and very little meat. But I might be willing to attempt the meatloaf for seoul challenge.
"The Meatloaf-for-Seoul Challenge."

Kind of makes it sound like a charity, just like The Jerry Lewis Telethon.

On second thought, after trying (unsuccessfully) to erase the traumatic image of Ugly's Meatloaf Baby from my head, I'm thinking such an event would be a great (and necessary) idea to raise funds for all the therapy I shall now require.

I just can't believe so many people here are fans of Meat-in-a-Pan.

Le Sigh.
