The Holy Sprit of truth convicts, convinces us that at the cross Christ took all sin away, for us to presented to Father as if we are Holy

Presented to Father, Justified= as if we never sinned, ready for the new life in Spirit and truth= Sanctified. Just ask and believe Father. and Father gives the new life that Christ came to give

Why did Paul in Acts, lay hands on the believers, that had not heard of the Spirit Baptism, only knew of John's?
