Not a Messianic Jew, not jewish by heritage/blood, and also not by religion, I am a person who want to be a child of YHWH the Creator of the heavens and earth, the most powerful being in existence, perfect in righteousness, mercy and judgement! Yes I am a sinful man, and I love Yahweh's Salvation aka Yahshua (Jesus), I dont want to trample on His mercy like a doormat I want to make Him joyful, and no matter where I am or what I do I want people to know the truth.

Jesus Christ was a Jew when He walked His earth. His name, Jesus, is from the Latin, from the Greek and originating in Hebrew as Yeshua or ישווה, which may be translated completely to any language as Salvation, or by some, Salvation of Yah.
Jesus Christ taught us of the faith of Abraham, and He also taught that the original flock would be joined by another flock by Him. He has gathered us to the faith of Abraham, the first flock being Israel, and that second gathered to it is comprised of the nations.
We are taught to pray for Jerusalem and Zion. Now we know by our teachers that it is not the Jerusalem of this age for which we are praying but for the New Jerusalem to be brought down by God.
We are taught the some of the Jews are enemies of the Gospel for our sakes! We are to love everyone, even our enemies. This is not saying Jews are our enemies, they are blessed by God long before we in Christ were blessed by Him.
Anti-semetism has no place in the heart of anyone who believes Jesus Christ. Again, after all, He was a Jew.
We too may be called Jews in this manner, when Leah gave birth to Judah, she said that she would now praise God (Yah) for He had given her to birth another male child, so che named him Judah. We do praise God (Yah), do we not?

I dont consider myself that term because of the worldly religions that use it, but the only way to YHWH is truth Yahshua so we are all disciples of the Messiah...
Because people try to "label" and "categorize" IMO, I simply say:

I do think that God keeps track of the bloodline, because it suites His Sovereignty and displays His power and glory when He uses such election.
And this is why I will accept a literal interpretation of the 144k, even more literal than it simply being from Judah. They are from 12 tribes, not 1.
I know several Messianic Jews. 3 families from college, one of which is close by, and we keep in contact. We were all in the same Bible study group. I disagreed with a few of them about little things, like about which laws are fulfilled and spiritual, and which laws are physical, and about intermarriage... but they generally viewed Gentiles as included among them, only separated by upbringing, which to them is pivotal.
I'm not so sure they are as different as you think they are. Like a Baptist talking to a Lutheran, there are different presuppositions and biases, but not to the point of alienation.
God's Sovereignty and Glory is the reason for all Grace given. He saves and sanctifies whoever He wills, and tells us that He wants a remnant of all nations. This includes the natural born of Israel! We who are supernaturally born of Israel should hold no ill will for anyone, especially those who were cut-off for our sake. We should desire to see them grafted back into true Israel, and should rejoice when any of the lost sheep come back to the fold.
