There are 4 major problems with the type of vote people had cast in the fact that they said they will be saved if they die in unrepentant sin.
#1. It ignores 1 John 1:9 that says if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins.
(Please keep in mind that 1 John 1:8-9 is in context to 1 John 2:4).
#2. God is the giver and taker of life; So if a person does not have a chance to repent, that is because God judged them as being wicked because they really were not sorry for the type of sins they committed before they died (Because they did not confess of it). For Ananais and Sapphira were not saved because great fear fell upon the church and all who heard about their deaths. Believers do not experience fear when a believer dies and goes to be with the Lord.
#3. God is not a respecter of persons. If God saved His people because they died in sin without repenting of it, then he would also have to save all unbelievers, too. For to believe on Jesus Christ is a Commandment and sin is merely transgression of the law (or commandment).
#4. It allows someone to think that they can sin and still be saved some other time (Which is a license to sin).
The problem, the ACTUAL problem, is that you are TWISTING the responses given by BELIEVERS
As I posted above as so:
This is absolutely false. People explained that they believe they can die without having expressed regret or asked for forgiveness for a sin should death come upon them before they had the chance to do so.
You do not consider ALL the scriptures. It seems you cannot be wrong in your own mind...which would make you a genius of proportions heretofore unknown on this planet
For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God includes YOU.
YOUR thoughts are sinful before God...whether or not you acknowledge that has nothing to do with the ACTUAL FACTS

Actually, rather than ignoring this scripture, we STAND on it and thank God that He makes provision for forgiveness and repentance

GOD IS NOT A MAN THAT HE SHOULD LIE If God says we are engraved on the palm of HIS HAND than that is the way it is.
READ Pslam 49 as God addresses Israel and discover for yourself God's great and unfailing love Jason...that He has for you and every single one of us. Not one drop of Jesus precious blood has ever been nor will it ever be wasted.
Jason...I believe God is speaking directly to you through His Word...you might wonder why I do not have you on ignore any longer...it is because God said I should not do that. I actually feel compassion towards you and not hard heartedness. Listen, God loves you and sees you where you are. You should not condemn...you don't have to do that. God does not condemn you and neither do I.
But I cannot accept what you say because the love of God is not in it. One of my favorite names for God is ANCIENT OF DAYS...God IS...no beginning and no end....He is eternal and so is His great love. It does not pass away and He reaches out to us every day....He knows how frail and fragile we are and we do not have to prove anything to Him!
#3. God is not a respecter of persons. If God saved His people because they died in sin without repenting of it, then he would also have to save all unbelievers, too. For to believe on Jesus Christ is a Commandment and sin is merely transgression of the law (or commandment).
That is true. However, the Bible does not say God is judgement
The Bible says GOD IS LOVE...and He loves us all and has made provision for the forgiveness of our sins and He did that ONE time and ONE time only
#4. It allows someone to think that they can sin and still be saved some other time (Which is a license to sin).
No sir. No one thinks that here Jason. If you finally admit that, I think it might help you in your thinking.
Listen...I have written things to you that you probably think are hard or judgemental. You see, that is what you bring out in people...judgement!
I mean what I write...I meant what I wrote. But God's love overrides our hearts and that is what He would like you to see
Don't get me wrong...I am not saying God told me to tell you
It is more like He brought you to my mind and as I considered the way you write, it as though He breathed into my heart some understanding for you and some of His love for you...so I can only pass it on.
I pray He touches you by His Spirit and that you feel something you have never felt before..turn and look into the eyes of Jesus...he forgives all those who crucified Him...you and I crucified Him...
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
John 3:16
Hey you know, if God went out of His way to nudge me about you....and I know when it is God because only He can change my heart...then surely He is speaking by His Spirit and by His Word
