Stem cells and biotech drugs look very promising, and have little side effects, comparatively speaking.

Now, probiotics, essential oils, and some fats and vitamins (and a few other natural things) should be included in everyone's diet... unless there is a very specific reason not to take them.
I get plenty of vitamins, fat, and probiotics in my diet. Especially the probiotics in my Activia yogurt. :)

But to only put the baby outside was a bit peculiar.
The neighbours yelled: yeah get the dog in and let the baby outside in the snow! My dad never complained that it was cold I must say.
lol I agree that instance is peculiar. I bet the neighbors were entertained to say the least!

Now that's not true. Taken in moderate dosages, medicine can help you.
Taken in moderate dosages, poison kills you slowly.
Of course it is true, that is how people die of overdoses, sometimes deliberately.

I am going to share my experience with you all and if you judge me, that's your problem.

I've been through a LOT in my life, my parents divorced and remarried, I've been sexually abused, abandoned, forced into seclusion, and any chance of a quality education almost taken from me. People I loved dearly died suddenly. I watched as a year old pup died from parvo, I watched helplessly as the life left her eyes and I was alone while it happened. I was forced to lie in order to go to church.

Then I had the opportunity to leave that cage and I did. But all of that unresolved trauma caused me to have anxiety attacks and depression. I got counseling and I took meds for it.

I am not a violent person. Every person I have hurt physically, I have beat myself up over. I'd get angry at myself and cry.
Except for when my brother and I were learning self defense and I gave him a bloody nose.

The drug I was on was sertraline. The way I understand drugs is this: they go through the system and block certain neurotransmitters in the brain or slow them down considerably. Some block the pathways that exhibit happy emotions while others block sadness, etc. etc.

Depression is really anger turned inwards, unspent nowhere to go causing strain on the body. When I took the sertraline, I was ANGRY ALL THE TIME.
At the time I lived with my Grandma and Grandpa. I love my Grandparents dearly, they have always been more like parents to me than my biological parents. (Please don't misunderstand, I love my parents and now that I'm older and not dependent, I have a better relationship with them)

I started to get violent. I never hit either of my grandparents, to be clear, but I came VERY close. That was when I decided to quit meds and get alternative help through counseling. She taught me coping skills and we worked over forgiveness (which I still struggle with).

I have never been better. Sure, depression and anxiety flare up from time to time, but I know now how to handle it properly.

Are you just purposely messing with me?
This can't be real.
I am not trying to convince you to change your diet? I already stated what my goal was, maybe about 15 posts back.
It doesn't mean anything to you that between my friend, and me, and the person who is the largest distributor in the USA, maybe the world, that all told we have experience with hundreds of thousands of people taking blue green algae and I have not heard of one instance of allergies to blue green algae.
But to you, that probably means nothing, right?
Because, say it in unison class, LB will be the one case...

By the way, funny how you never supported your claim to a good diet. I asked you how many posts go to state it?

This is the third time now on this site I told someone who claimed they were on a good diet to tell me what they eat, ans now the third time with no response.

What does it matter what I eat? No matter what I say, you'll be like, eat this instead of that, or you should drink this and not that. I don't eat any meat except turkey and chicken. I drink tons of water, I eat two salads a day. I don't eat alot of fruit or pasta. I don't eat bread at all. I don't eat chips or crackers or ice cream. I don't eat alot of sugar. I don't snack on junk in between meals. And I'm not taking your word that just because you've never seen a case of someone being allergic, that it doesn't happen. Nor do I care how much experience you and your friend have with this diet.

I reject your algae diet. Please stop recommending it to me. Now, nitpick my current diet to death, cuz I'm sure you will. :/

I am not going to nitpick it. I was just curious what you considered a good diet, that's all.

I don't like sauerkraut. Try again. :)
It tastes really good when you mix it with cheese sauce, pineapple, raisins and other fruit so much that you don't taste it anymore, mashed potatoes through it, layer of cheese and put it in the oven.

There is nothing wrong with taking meds for situational depression. Sometimes we go through things where we need it but that doesnt mean we will always need it. Anxiety meds are a layering drug. I do not know anyone who isnt taking anxiety meds on top of depression meds. I dont know for certain but I know in my case, when I was taking depression meds they made me anxious so then the doctors prescribed anxiety meds. Its a long trail of medicinal traps! The Lord delivered me from all the issues I had and the meds. But if you are fully convinced that you will always be the way you are;you will.

What would that be for?

The side effects of inulin dietary fiber diet which may occur in sensitive persons are:

  • Intestinal discomfort, including flatulence, bloating, stomach noises, belching, and cramping
  • Diarrhea
  • Anaphylactic allergic reaction (rare) - inulin is used for GFR testing, and in some isolated cases has resulted in an allergic reaction, possibly linked to a food allergy response.

I would need to see more detail, but it actually seems like it is a diet better then the average american diet. But from the snap shot I got, it is not something that is going to take her into biological healing on a cellular level.
LB :to be clear to you LB, I am just making conversation, not suggesting you change her diet, as YOU have made it clear to me your not interested, and I respect that.

Your stating publicly you eat well. Be honest. What do you define as eating well?
Tell me right here, in public, what your typical diet is like over a 5 day period.
That's a question to which you will almost never get an honest answer. (I remember, vividly someone here saying they held up two packages of cookies in the grocery store, asking, "Which one should I get?"

If there is one thing we should ALL understand, it is that we should eliminate all dairy products and absolutely as much sugar as possible from our diets. Oh, yeah, and drink oodles of water. (And that is just a tiny bit of a starter.)

I have never acquired for kraut. It tastes awful to me!!
They make a purple sour kraut, of course I have tried that and I like it, I even took it as a side dish to my main dish for my church's monthly social luncheon following the service. I surrounded the kraut with cashews, but people ate more of the cashews than the kraut LOL :) Deep coloured foods are nutritionally richer than pale foods ;)
