fish oil is good but KRILL is better, at least for me...hubby and I have tried both and we have
found the latter to be an unbelievable healthy supplement that has a great many benefits...
as we age our skin tends to dry-out and the Krill will not only make your skin moist and smooth,
but it will also put a shine on your hair and nails and the real 'bonus' is that it has proven to us
to be a wonderful asset in helping with
inflammation - coupled with other anti-inflame
remedies that we have tried over the years and that have worked for us...can't say enough
about it...we learned many years ago that 'taste and texture' take a back-seat to being well
and as healthy as we can...
anybody remember being dosed with 'cod-liver-oil or caster oil???
